Dr. Sarthak Kocchar is our family doctor and an amazing person to talk and discuss our concerns. He will listen and diagnose the issue and then provide a solution and never be in any rush. I am blessed to have him for any medical concern for me and my family.Thank you for being so nice and one of the best doctor in Surrey. Also the receptionist at this clinic are very easy to talk and provide their support for any support that we need from them.

I’m sure all staff working doctors and front desk are great human beings. This feedback is for the service you running at your clinic.1 star. Reoccuring concerns x (almost everytime I call) :1) On hold until I give up and hang up after 20+ minutes and/or not picking up despite trying at several different times.2)Requistions are not received at the Pharmacy after the doctor has ensured it will be sent = Doctor gets paid for the phone call and his time- client’s time and purpose of setting the appointment in the first place gone to waste.3) Appointments have been over the phone even after restrictions have been lifted. Why ?All of the above was enough for me to get under the review section here and post a honest review.

Dr. Jasdeep Gill always takes his time to ask questions. He is also thorough with checking things out, unlike, my last Family doctor, who wouldn't even spend more than 5 minutes with me.Dr. Jasdeep GIll explains the reasons to why, or why not. He really seems to care about his patients. Overall, I am satisfied with Dr. Jasdeep Gill. Thank you.

Ohh my goodness , they only took patient with doctor recommendation, what kind of health care that is if doctor recommends they can take patient less than 40 even though patient has no problem but if no reference no registration. Very bad oh and yes receptionist was not polite at all. Bad experience

I'd give this place zero. Absolutely unprofessional and incompetent receptionists. If you keep getting a run around with this office I recommend calling this place several times until you get the one proper receptionist that works here.

dr mann is my family doctor here and he is very good. ive never had issues with the receptionists

Dr. Sarthak Kochhar has terrible bedside manners and is a disgrace to the medical field. He is so unprofessional that I hope his medical license is revoked because he causes more harm than health just in his general words let alone allowing him to give medical advice or treatment! My Amazing, strong, champion of Aunt overcame so many challenges to be able to turn her stroke into strength and resilience then was referred to Dr. Kochhar for on going treatment, and in their first brief conversation he placed so much instant judgment, criticism, and anger towards her that she wasn’t even comfortable finishing the conversation let alone being a patient of his. I am so disgusted by the way he spoke to her and then even escalating to yelling at her that I will continue to support her in making sure this doesn’t happen to another person as it could’ve easily caused her to have another stroke with the stress of the heated conversation that had absolutely no reason to have been an argument in any way whatsoever. Kindness, compassion, and understanding is what was needed and Dr. Kochhar did not have any of that for even a second, she had a STROKE so the last thing she needed was a stressful conversation with a “Doctor”! This doctor clearly needs to seek his own medical attention as it appears he is emotionally and mentally unstable And should not be in the position of a Doctor for the best interests of patients.

They never answer the calls.They book for you wrong appointments.They book for you phone call appointment and never call you back.The Doctor Dr Kochar has no any sympathy to his patients and he even doesnot listen when you are explaining your concerns

They canceled my appointment and noone even called me. When I was trying to call them, noone answered the phone , so I drove all way up to the clinic during the phone call and when I arrived, it was no other patients in the clinics and the receptionist was not busy helping other clients over the phone. Just total ignore and waste of patients time.

Doctors are really nice there, but staff is not at all attentive. I am going there for 10 years now and since last 2 years I am having so many issues like no reminder calls(like if you book somebody 2-3weeks late, you can give them automated text, email or call), if you reach there even 5-7 mins late they will not allow you to see doctor and add note no show". This is only office these days don't see patients in person and if your kids are sick they will ask you to go walk in or care centre or to go emergency.No emergency for kids
