From the moment I walked into the store, the ladies looked at me and were extremely snotty. I am a business owner myself and was disgusted how they belittled me and when I asked for advice or a specific product I got answers like “no” and the back of the heads as they walked away. Paying at the till I asked about my account and how online they usually get samples (I order online all the time) also from being out of town thought I’d ask…. We’ll again got a sample thrown in my bag. I’m sorry but customer service is key and your girls need a talking to.

I went to the Kamloops store and request assistance to buy a make up product I saw online. The product was not available on the store so I asked if they have any other similar product. The lady who was in the front told me are you sure - that will be expensive. I asked what will be the price and she said it will be around $40/$60. That lady was very rude. I was very shocked with the behaviour. Is it a good customer service to judge your customer with their appearance and think they will not afford the product? I bought few products from the store. After I came home I realize the CC cream that I bought will be expired within 2 months. They are selling product with full price from the old lot. Very disappointed.

It is very expensive. The staff member near the entrance seemed more interested in her phone than serving customers. She didn't even look up when I left the store. Staff members very inexperienced and not professional enough. I wanted to cancel my Sign up, but the staff couldn't care less and wasn't helpful at all. The benefits of the Sign up are too little for what you have to spend to get points.

I’ve been coming to this Sephora for quite sometime now. I just want to say thank you to the Staff for how they treat me. Whether I’m dressed up or looking like hot mess, they help me out with any questions, what I’m looking for to purchase and for making me feel welcome each time I go.

I went in with my sister and we were completely ignored. When approaching a sales member they would turn and walk away. This happened with almost everyone. We had to find someone to help us and she was very uninterested in having to answer questions. I work in retail and know when we're getting blown off. I was from out of town visiting and I usually shop at the Coquitlam store and never get treated rudely there. If I lived in Kamloops I would never set foot in there again.

Offers so many products as vegan just to make sales. As I mentioned the sales rep was incorrect she got defensive and said they are allowed to use words to sell products l and it’s a matter of sales.I’m done with Sephora. So many happier, healthier and cruelty free options outside this store.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I set up an appointment for a full face of makeup over a month ago on the app. I even called the store to confirm at that time. Literally 1 week away from my wedding, they called to let me know that they cancelled my appointment, saying that there was a glitch" in their system and they didn't have anyone available to do my makeup. Unbelievable. It's not like I can find someone else this last minute. Guess I'm doing my own wedding makeup. I cannot believe the lack of professionalism here."

Everytime I’m in this store, the employees follow me everywhere. They do not give samples and are very rude when you ask. One girl in particular is super rude, does not greet and when we asked if they had an item, she simply said no, without looking and walked away. We went online to order it and picked it up next day at that store. I was about to look in the drawer below, and she came up and kicked it closed with her foot, while my hand was on it. The samples they have on display are old and smell rotten. Not much selection. Everything is messy. Don’t shop here unless you have to.

RICHARD WAS AMAZING!! Came in looking for a foundation after years of struggling and they helped me find my perfect shade and brand while listening attentively to my concerns! Just tried a full face of the Has Labs foundation and love it!!! Thank you Richard!!
