Frank's Redwood Specialty Waffle Café
A delightful surprise! Stopped in on Sunday afternoon and had an incredible deep-fried, sugar-coated, vanilla cream-filled croissant. Had a chai latte and a flat white and were very impressed by the friendly service and candour of the staff. Will definitely be coming back.

This little place is a hidden gem. They offer very unique and delicious food. Their croffle comes either in a sweet or savory version and they are lovely and fluffy and delicious. Consistently good time after time.

Must say it was surprisingly good and not what I expected from a new food type. We all found our food delicious!My main critique of the place is that it took way to long to get food and coffee. Don't walk, run to Frank's. Best hidden gem in Lethbridge. Simple little unassuming cafe, but the food is to die for! Get a stuffed croissant, you'll thank me later. They are absolutely divine. Atmosphere is simple but beautiful, and the service is always top notch. Prices are are also very reasonable.

Really friendly and knowledgeable service. Espresso was on point. Waffles and breakfast sandwiches were delicious! I did not expect how light and fluffy the waffle would be. Perfectly crisp on the outside with a light and airy batter made for a perfect waffle.

One of the best experiences I’ve had. Walked in and felt like I made new friends right away. Got the Croffle, the Stuffed Pastries and the Milkshakes. All delicious.

One of the things I love about our neighbourhood is that we have this amazing “corner store”! Frank’s has everything you need plus things you want - snobobs, milkshakes, stuffed waffles! The renovations were worth the wait. The Canada Post dropbox and the instant teller are the icing on the cake!

This place is awesome. Looks like nothing from the outside and then you walk into a little oasis! Waffles are so fluffy, had the BF delight, all the flavours so well balanced. Got the cutest coffee art also!
