Everything was great! I just came back from a family trip and I think my vehicle was definitely out of shape. When I got it back it looked totally different. I would come back for my next detailing for sure!

I tried to put Adams ceramic coating on my new 2022 Acura RDX. When I installed the product I left it on too long and it had cured rock hard. I was in a panic thinking that I had ruined my paint on the vehicle. I then sent Lorenzo an email at Luxury Auto Detail. Lorenzo responded to me within one hour and then setup an appointment. When I got to his shop he took me in the shop to have a look at the mess I had created. Lorenzo assured me he could get the coating off. The next day I bought my vehicle in for the appointment and 4 hours later my vehicle was completed and looking better than show room condition. Lorenzo stayed in contact with me throughout the whole process. You will not find better customer and friendly service out there. Anyone needing a Detail job on their vehicle needs to visit Lorenzo and his professional staff at Luxury Auto Detail and Tint. If you take your vehicle somewhere else you will be disappointed.

Booked my pathfinder in for window tint on a Saturday since that's usually the only day I get off from work and the owner was very accommodating to this. Vehicle was done sooner than I expected and the tint has held up well through the cold months and are exactly what I was looking for. Top notch professionalism, service, and friendliness. I will definitely be back if they continue to do Saturday appointments.
