Tayo Adedapo is the guy to know and talk to if you are looking to get the home of your dreams or in my case, any good single family unit in this market. Tayo is so professional, carries you along and makes sure he gets the deal for you at a good rate and cost. I am happy I went with Unimor Capital!

Unimor was the difference between actually getting and not getting a mortgage. We tried to do a commercial mortgage directly with WFCU and were told the our commercial property did not qualify. I contacted a few brokers online and Anto got back to me quickly, everything was done timely via email and she managed to get WFCU to give us the mortgage. I couldn't be more thankful to Anto's professionalism.

I read the review how great service Tayo was. I guess it's wrong I send all my I d n documents to him sep 7. Keeping send email since September 12 No reply back at all. Called left message John on sep 15 No reply back. I guess the company does not want my business. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED THE SERVICES.

I wish it would be -5 stars option. I do not recommend dealing with Tayo Adedapo. Unprofessional promises. Not responsive: You can wait for him to get back to you forever. I wasted my time and lost money on unnecessary property assessments. Don't ever believe what he says. You can go directly to the bank and get better service there. They don't deal with multiple landers as they are supposed to. My credit file was assessed twice by different landers during the application process. Even landers do not trust them.

My husband had an unforeseen accident and was unable to work for 3 weeks. Our bank said it was not enough time off for insurance to pay 1 payment and offered no solution other then to pay. We did not have the money to pay double but always paid on time. We received notice to pay out our mortgage from their legal team. I found Connie online and after telling her our story she was able to find us a lender and get us approved. We were able to keep our home and even pull out extra money to finish renovating. Thanks to Unimor Capital we were able to get approved for the mortgage to buy our first home when we had been denied or not given enough approval by other banks. Plus Tayo coached and helped on ways to pay out some outstanding debt we had. My credit score looks healthier than ever and I am a home owner!!!
