OMG…last week I purchased a 8lb bag of yellow split peas. Today I opened them to make pea soup for my dad…I am still freaked out by the amount of bugs that came out when I poured it into a pot…I am still shocked..I have pictures and sent them to the company.I will update their reply here , when I hear back from them. Discussed beyond.The only reason I gave it one star , is because there are no minus numbers.

Semis with sleeper must back in from blind side. Decent unloading time (2hrs ) for full trailer. Employees parks cars near docks, forcing drivers to run the curb.

The split peas that we purchased from Shah were powdery white and contained tons of swiftly moving little bugs. Emailed the company but I was sort of dismissed. Gross, never again, thank you. Could only give it one star, not zero.

Approached them to buy wholesale items by the pallet. Prices were above retail prices available at box stores. Go to the grocery store items are 15% above retail at grocery stores.

Please train your shippers .how to build and wrap pallets ......the shipper double stacked the heavy product pallets on light boxes...And the product wasn't wrapped properly...this led to damaged boxes

Does not deserve any stars, I bought nupak yellow split pea for first time in a while and disgusted by the quality, I found several black bugs in the packet which I certainly don't eat and had to throw away the whole pack. Ensure that you at least provide QUALITY and if that is not possible than provide a pack without BUGS to consumers.
