The Social Pup Dog daycare, boarding & grooming

This is a grooming review: Not happy about the attitude or grooming of Rob. His attitude is that of a celebrity level groomer but the output is very average. The timings are quite limited and the expectations from the dog is very high (staying steady etc). Overall quite disturbing and disappointing. Amazing service and care for my pup! Rob is the best groomer for my toy poodle. We recently did boarding with them and no complaints at all.

We have just started working with Jalissa with our anxious pup. We used a lot of her suggestions, and have seen a difference already. Olive the pup still gets anxious in circumstances, but we know the signs to look for and can react better to help her. We are continuing to work with the Social Pup!

I don’t leave reviews too often, but I’m genuinely disappointed and frustrated with this establishment.We have had our dogs grooming appointments cancelled on 3 separate occasions by the social pup.1 being what I believe to be a miscommunication on their end , and the next two were due to the groomer having an emergency. I am an extremely empathetic person. It’s hard to find appointments for grooms within my partner and my work schedules and with these cancellations we were offered a basic sorry, and chance to rebook later down the line. Cancelling less than 24 hours before our dogs groom with no replacement seems unprofessional and just isn’t a way to retain service users. With the lack of respect for our time and needs we don’t believe we’ll be returning.

Wonderful facility and even better staff. Their passion and love for dogs permeates through everything they do. My 85 pound St Berndoodle absolutely adores being there with her friends.

I'm really happy to have found this gem of a spot. They took my dog in for boarding with shorter notice than I would have imagined after being rejected from our original spot. They're great with the dogs and provide a lot of walks and interaction to the dogs all day. Their grooming services are great and when I pick my little guy up, he's always happy.

I can't say enough good things about The Social Pup. Fawn, my young cattle dog x shepherd mix has been going there regularly for half days (plus a nail trim every 2 weeks) for about 2 months now. She was a bit shy at first and I really appreciated how the team integrated her with the play group in a way that worked perfectly for her. She absolutely loves going there now and I know I can drop her off with confidence knowing she will have a great time with her doggie friends and be well cared for.

Exceptional! Beyond Expectations!When you leave a loved one behind because you don't want them to be in the luggage compartment of an airplane ... you hope to leave them in the best care possible, and that's exactly what the Social Pup Dog Daycare, Boarding and Grooming provided for us.Our dog had his own room, he was well groomed, fed well, and he even came back trained better than when we left him. We watched him while we were away because video services are provided by the Social Pup.Leanne and the entire team did an amazing job for us.We'll do it again and again and never think twice about it.Thanks Social Pup!

The Social Pup was an amazing place to start puppy training for our new fur baby! Kaylee and the team are fantastic, caring and truly help owners best support their puppy. Kaylee provided each family with individual support to help teach new techniques, followed up with written homework for referral and recapped learning every week! Thank you Kaylee! I have been using all of the services at Social Pup for several years. Leanne and her team have always been professional and accommodating - keeping my pup happy, healthy and safe whether in daycare or boarding. Not to mention looking great after every groom.
