Very nice store with high quality products. The staff were very helpful explaining how things worked and what the difference was between the items. The prices are higher than what you see in the big stores but the build quality looks like it is better.We purchased one of their modular bird feeder hooks, it feels very sturdy and strong. I'll update my review after a year to see how it holds up.

Staff was terrific at helping me choose the appropriate bird guide book. Pleasantly surprised to see other lovely gift items and great original greeting cards. This was my first but certainly not my last visit to the store.

I will NEVER EVER attend this store again in my life.I was treated very rudely.Never again will I shop and any store carrying this name .They obviously do not need the money.

Fantastic, knowledgeable staff. Initially I thought I was just being “up-sold” something I didn’t need. I couldn’t have been more wrong. The humming bird feeder and accompanying accessories are amazing for attracting and feeding humming birds. Great store.

Awesome store with everything you need for birds and nature. Love their bird food so do our feathered friends. One of the best example of true customer service. The products and service can’t be beat. The quality of the products is worth every penny.

Always friendly, knowledgeable and you feel like your at home in this amazing local shop. The energy and community feel each and every time I go in is so wonderful. Their products are worth the investment. I never really had many birds visit with other seed mixes and feeders, but how my feeders are well attended and its so fun to see the life happening out there all year long.

I absolutely love this store! The selection of great products and the very happy and extremely helpful staff make this one of my favorite stores in Kanata!! Speaking of being happy and helpful, I've got to give a big shout out to Grace!! She is so awesome, and I'd like to thank her for sharing all of her birding knowledge in such an enthusiastic way. All the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. The staff and store have had great customer service during the pandemic, making it very easy to safely pick up supplies and food. Lots of great resources to get information and learn more about feeding backyard and cottage birds. Highly recommend visiting this store for any backyard/cottage feeder needs.

Thrilled with this store. I was very happy with the selection of products they had, and the level of customer service. They are a tad pricier than buying bird seed/products at Walmart or Canadian Tire, but it's so worth it. The quality is easily worth it, I attract much more birds (and unfortunately squirrels).The online shopping portal is limited, but does the job. Also, it's worth picking up the membership, you save the money of the membership back quite quickly.
