lost my business. was in the store once and know the prices are good but called when i was ready to buy and refused to give price over the phone. i live an hour away not traveling without knowing pricing. In response to the reply no it is not common practice you are the first company to refuse pricing to me over the phone EVER i deal with wholesalers that still quote me over the phone. From the looks of your reviews you guys rip people off anyways so i think i will just stay away. very bad business practices and seems shady to me.

Just had the worst customer service experience. Went in to buy a TV cable and after shuffling through old power chords the owner of this store brings back a used old power chord. Trying to sell it to me as a new/original power chord. When I asked him to give me a better deal if I would pick up a TV wall mount, he literally snatched the chord from my had and told me to leave the store. This man should not be in business or talking to any customer.

Worst store shity customer service

Bought a TV with no pressure or underhanded tactics. Older guy working there was nice. Paid a great price, happy with my purchase.

They purposefully blocked my car in. When I asked them if the car behind me was theirs said no. 1 second later it was gone. They are some of the worst people ever. Do not take your business there.

My husband bought a tv from these rip off artists on December 21st there was a bright blue dead pixel on the screen when there were black scenes and the sound was horrific like the speakers weren't working right. he took the tv back on the 23rd and was informed they had no others in stock so we had to either pay more for a better model, or wait without a tv till they got more the following week (No tv over christmas with kids are you kidding me?) or take the floor model for the same price of the new tv. They refused to mark the floor model down claiming the $20 off when he bought the tv was enough of a discount for this used tv. seriously? My Husband said neither were satisfactory and wanted his money back. THEY REFUSED!! are you serious? refusing to give an unsatisfied customer his money back because of defective merchandice? BBB and The consumer protection will be hearing about this! so needless to say we were forced to take a USED tv for the price of a new one and they can try to call it new still like they did to my husband but a floor model tv that is on all day for God knows how long isn't a new tv it is a USED tv. STAY AWAY THESE GUYS ARE THEIVING CROOKS buyer beware you have been warned! Guess we should have heeded the words of the other person that said they had the worst customer service experience. Hope this second bad review will be enough for people to stay away from your crooked business!
