Nice place to stay

I lived at 18 Brownlow for almost 7 years. I have recently moved out to relocated. This building is absolutely fantastic. From the wonderful and friendly Yael in the management office. To the hard working and quick to respond Super Mike. To the countless other individuals who keep this building in top shape. The owner is fair and reasonable with his tenants and keeps wonderfully upgrading the building. This place will not disappoint you. I was glad to call this place home for almost 7 years.

building clean, and smells lovely. They take pride in making sure everything is the way it should be!

Nice building

I have lived in this building for 4 years now. Great building location, nearby to shops, restaurants & subway. Building is old but was built with lots of concrete, helps to soundproof the units! Haven't had any pest issues over the years. Building management is friendly & the residents all know each other. Only downside is the amount of construction going on in the area and on the property. Residents will have to suffer through noise and dust pollution for the next foreseeable future while management builds another rental building on the lot. The new addition is bringing better amenities to the building like a new gym, new games room and entrance lobby.

Great building, good quality residents and fabulous building management. They strive to maintain the building spotless, safe and cheerful. It's clear the owner is proud of his building and is constantly upgrading & enhancing amenities. This building boasts a stellar gym that is better equipped than many condo buildings, a reception area / games room that's welcoming and a laundry lounge that's top rate. 5 Stars for sure...

They manage
