I went to Grand Smiles today for my first visit. The reception staff were extremely welcoming and had as much of the paperwork filled out ahead of time as possible.My dental hygienest was Dana. She made me fell extremely relaxed during my cleaning and throughly explained everything during the process. Dr. Carrie Gradt was also extremely kind and welcoming.Very postive experience and I would encourage anyone with any sort of anxieties about dental work to give their clinic a chance!

Had to ask for a cavity to be filled.. year later that filling came out.Update: A second filling had to be fixed and now a 3rd.. Super unimpressed and I highly suggest going elsewhere.

Kenaston Common Dental Centre is now Grand Smiles
Dr Zayac is an excellent dentist, a gentleman and always provides excellent service.I had seen him since I was a kid, but switched to a different, closer dental office when I moved further away. That was a mistake. It is worth the drive to go back to him, and so I am back.All his staff are friendly, billing is easy, there is nothing to complain about (except drive time, in my case, but that's not his doing lol).

Dental hygienist great!! (Jay); front staff super friendly and right on top of everything. Dr. K Zayac was very friendly and down to earth. I didn’t have any issues so it spent short time with him. Definitely a place to go back!
