I love this place. It’s my go to pizza place cause they make a mean pizza & the staff is super friendly. Best of all it’s open practically all day. The owner is also super friendly and makes good suggestions and amazing pizzas himself.

I ordered a full 9 random slice pizza and I paid but then my friend was not a ham/bacon eater and I had to exchange 2 classics for a chicken and they did it for me no problem. Best service and speediness I have had.

I recently visited a local pizza store in my area and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. We ordered pizza for dinner on their website ,chose this location because its less busy. OUR PIZZA WAS NOT DELIVERED and did not get a refund. I called multiple times to follow up the staff said it was delivered by Door-dash and they cannot do anything. We were told to call door dash because they were the one who delivered it. I find this very absurd, this is a scam! I ordered using your website and did not order through door dash. Why should I call them? I requested for a manager and was promised a call back multiple times to no avail. You choose to deliver through door-dash you should have a way to investigate if our order was delivered. Think twice before using Fresh Slice website and choosing this location.

I ordered there special medium thin crust with unlimited toppings in only $9.99 and it was delicious. Got ready in 10 minutes and great customer service. Cashier suggested toppings and got it ready hot and fresh on my pickup time.

I have visited many Freshslice Pizza. But at this location, I was frustrated. There was only one staff to serve the customers. She said my waiting time is 10 minutes, but I had to wait for 30 minutes to get my order. I could see many other frustrated customers as well. I also witnessed one guy come out from the store with his friends, he went to the kitchen without washing his hands and started cooking pizzas. People are paying for the food so, they deserve better service.

The customer service at the place is nice. They always greet you well. But the quality of the food at fresh slice has hit the skids. And it is not just here, I have faced this issue at other locations as well.

We had the pleasure of being served by Pawan, he made us the best butter chicken pizza we’ve ever had.It was extraordinarily flavourful than usual with a crispy crust, perfectly proportioned toppings , and flavourful sauce.Will definitely visit during his shifts again! Thank you!
