Absolute worst. Terrible representative for Uhaul!!Put fraudulent charges on my credit card. And were extremely rude when we called to dispute charge. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!!!!!

The staff is rude and not at all helpful. I've used Flex Delivery to have four packages delivered to their address and only once did their location notify me by email that my parcel had arrived, otherwise I had to call in almost every day past the expected arrival date to check up on whether it was there. And when phoning them, their staff is unresponsive and slow, and half the time they hung up on me before I could even get a chance to ask them another question. For another package, Canada Post claims to have delivered it to their location and yet the people at the store have no knowledge of it ever coming in and seem to argue back when you try to learn more. Line ups are slow and the people working there don't want to help you or even want to do their job for that matter. It's honestly a surprise how Canada Post has allowed this location to stay open. 0 stars. And as a heads up, the review written by Raman Dhillon is actually one of the people who works at the shop. How embarrassing.

Terrible place and service! Booked a U-Haul for 10am pick up at this address. Their website, google and the Canada post delivery notice all say they open at 9:30am on a Saturday. The man showed up at 10:26ish, no apology, not even a good morning. He insisted he was early since he opening hours on Saturday were 10:30am.When we asked if there was some sort of competition for the delay, he said no. We had absolutely not choice but to pay since there were no vans available in Vancouver.Please avoid this place for any shipping and U-Haul needs. It is not worth the “convenience”

It's fine. There's lines that don't move sometimes but it's a post office. So really that's to be expected. The staff is competent, the other customers tend to be the biggest issue. Unprepared, slow and whiny, which generally leads to the long lineups.

Every time I’ve gone here it has been extremely busy and the wait just to get a package is very long. On the most recent occasion, I had missed the postman dropping it to my house. So I go there and I am helped by Perlita. I explain to her that I urgently need the package that night as it was a gift and the person was leaving later that night. Perlita walks over to the packages looks at one of the packages and sees that it is not mine then walks back to me and says she cannot find it. I would understand if she really could not find it after looking at a few packages but she did not. Just very extremely frustrating.

I would give them zero stars if I could. Went to post a package today. I figured it might be busy but this was ridiculous. When I got there at opening there were 4 people ahead of me. And then it happened. Apparently any service other than using Canada Post is prioritized. That means UHaul rentals, ID photos, key cutting, copying and purchasing dollar store goods from the shop. Those people got to cut the line. So we waited, and waited. Over an hour before the only person in the store started processing Canada Post customers. By the time I left there were over 10 people in line, out the door and into the street. By no means do I think the one attendant was doing poorly, it's their policy. What a rip!

5stars for an excellent services..the staffs and the owner are accomodating and service is good....the also offer u haul....keycuts and some cool stuffs in....highly recommend it to my friends..

I wish I can give this place negative 5 stars, not only that lady is rude but she's also wasting my time. I don't have a lot of time to come in for fun. Seriously how hard is it to give me my package and then check it off her list so I can go. I don't understand how someone can send me a last notice pick up slip 3 time for an item that I've already picked up. Made me come in 3 times leaving with nothing. Just do your job right! Seriously! Not to mention that she charged me $75 for a package when I picked it up, saying its for shipping fees. When I contacted the seller of the product, he said that it was already paid for, so I came back and showed her the email between me and the seller, but she won't return it to me. I even had the receipt and everything. I had to go through the struggle to call in to my bank and do all that unnecessary things!!! Is there a way for me to have my packages send to a different post office when I'm not available at home to sign for it?! Someone let me know thanks.

I bought a sealed crate motor and after one race I had to pull it apart because they neglected to tighten the roller rockers witch caused quite a lot of problems with the motor . then I purchased a quick change axle and paid the extra money to have it delivered within a few days and a week and half later I still dont have my axle. I dont recommend doing business with this company ever again

I rented a U-Haul cargo van from here a few days ago. Called several other places which didn't have the 9 ft. vans that day. There's a free 2 hr. parking lot behind the storefront. Staff was accommodating & cordial. They told me I should park my car in one of their spaces in case I went over the two hrs. Standard rates for 1 day's van rental is 19.95 plus .49 a km. Took the $15 insurance. After refilling gas, total bill was around $75. Very satisfied customer and would definitely rent from them again.
