Wash World Car Wash

Didn’t remove bird droppings. Got a notification from my bank that they double charged me. Found a number for head office, but Nobody has returned my call.

Automated wash is poor (couldn't clean my dusty windshield from parking on the street) and the prepaid card machine won't give you change. Set the amount to $50, put in $60... YOINK... we'll take that extra $10 and slap it on your card.

Today the door was jammed shut. I paid $15.00 for a wash and the door would not open to let me in. Could not find any contact information to call to notify them or find a way to get my money back

Took my $$ twice and didn't get the bird droppings off. I'll never go back. No contact info to get a refund, they prey on tourist business passing thru town. Skip it

Worst experience with a car wash ever, took me a few min to get the card swipe to work then I pulled in it said Stop" then sprayed something on my car and shut off. Paid $14.99 +tax and got nothing. Then I went to the manual wash bay to rinse off the soap left by the first wash

Excellent car wash. I use this place at least once a week.

Was a good wash but would have liked it to have a better clean for the cost. And the dryer didn't dry good leaving spots as the time ran out before it was dry

Paid for a $15 Deluxe wash and it sprayed my windshield with soap and then asked me to leave slowly.. car is filthy and covered in soap. Driers didn’t even turn on. Good news was it was very quick. Took about 3 seconds.

Wash arm also got stuck on my mirror, no one around to help me get a refund, no number to call, waste of time if you ask me. Also they don't seem to care about the reviews anyway.

Update Nov 8/22: about 2 weeks ago the entrance door springs jammed after I paid and about to go into the wash so I had to back out. As luck would have it, I got a receipt and called the phone number. It took until yesterday but a nice guy named Eric apologized and reimbursed me.For everyone who talks about the way stopping, in all 3+ years of weekly washes I haven’t had the problem. You have to stay within the blue lines so the arms can get around your vehicle.It’s still a good wash and aside from lack of contact info in the event of an issue clearly displayed on the pay station or entrance door, I still recommend it.Update (Aug 11/22) the credit/debit tap works again but still the receipts still don’t work.I come here weekly and have done so for the past 3yrs so I know this place well. I also came regularly before it was automated. So I know this place well.Does a good job and I like the wash itself but please put contact information post so that we can tell you that the card tap hasn’t worked in ages and the receipt machine has been empty for over a year! Come on now! Do better!
