My experience at YSL a couple months ago was amazing. The store was nice and clean, everyone was super friendly. I found what I was looking for (had looked online so I had a pretty good idea what I wanted). Seamus helped me and was so friendly and down to Earth. Everyone at the store was lovely, couldn’t recommend it more.

I received a Saint Laurent purse as a gift (not possible to get the receipt). When I called the store, I was told I wouldn’t be able to get it repaired directly with Saint Laurent even if I paid. Disappointing but something people should be aware of.

Had a very good experience in the main store at Thurlow. The sales associate was super helpful. Very pleasant.Would rather go here than the Nordstrom one. The sales associate wasn't as nice as the main store.Love how the leather of the bags have that luxury feel and smell.

Cory at the boutique is just awesome! He helped my wife tried the L01 jacket. And he made some recommendations regarding to sizing and style. He also worked with his coworker to show how the jacket will evolve in terms of fitness to wearer’s body. I found the session really informative, relaxing and entertaining. I would recommend Cory to anyone who wants to visit the boutique.

Had a good experience at this store. I had a bag decided for myself already and was just there to buy it. Brian was helping me and he was so professional, still showed me around. Very clean space and excellent collection of bags and clothing. The customer service was also good. I am happy with my purchase and might come back for more.

This is an unusual review because I didn't buy anything. Made an appointment (I don't think they would not have let me in) to see about a gift for my wife. The staff bent over backward to help, and there wasn't even a hint of attitude when I didn't find what I was looking for. Well done.PS Very expensive, and they do not accept returns only exchanges. Personally I think this company policy costs them sales.

I was greeted and assisted by Cory who was very professional yet personalized and attentive from start to finish. He immersed me in the brand and took care of me with great service. Cory listened to the style I wanted and let me see the bags and wallets as many times as needed to make sure I picked the right one. Definitely will return for future purchases!

How did I miss reviewing this place :) I barely put reviews as I am lazy. But I love this brand and what makes it more spacial for me is the people who work here ! Honestly , it helps if you find the right person who could help you with the right choice as there IS NO RETURN! So it’s important that you choose the one who have an extensive experience in this Field.Please go to Corey !!You will not ever regret the choice you make ! He is very professional and he knows his s… well !! That's all I can say ! Stick to one as they can help you with the collection you already have.Thank you !!
