The Guelph Sharpening Guy took 5 of my old dull knives and made them brand new again. He was very professional, excellent communication and super speedy service. I'm glad I heard about him because I was ready to buy new knives. His service was a fraction of the cost; in fact very affordable! He also offered tips on how to keep them sharp and things to avoid. I put his card on the back of my knife block so I remember to have him sharpen them again when they are dull. Highly recommend having him sharpen your knives.

Really glad I found Nicolas. Having some expensive knives, I was unsure as to who I could trust to treat them with the care they deserve. Every knife I gave him came back razor sharp and had a beautiful shine to the bevel. I will definitely be returning in the future with other knives that could use a sharpen and recommend anyone else looking for a good edge on your knife, to do the same.Thanks again!

All my knives are better than new! I don't normally like letting anyone touch my nakiri, it's my one really nice knife, but Nic did a fantastic job. I can dice anything from onions to fresh sausage without any tearing at all, just clean cuts.

Wow what a great service! Came to my house to pick up the knives that I left out for him. Had them sharpened and returned to me the next day. And holy these knives are sharpe. They are just Costco knives and I feel like I could shave my legs with these things! I won't ... But I feel like you definitely could.100% recommend this service. Makes meal prepping so much easier with a properly sharpened knife. A delight to deal with as well. Nic is very professional and clearly good at what he does.

I am blown away by this service! I didn't have much appreciation for knives, or for how much of a difference a truly sharp knife makes in a cooking experience. Communication was completely smooth and knives are picked up and dropped off in the same day. I absolutely would have thrown out and replaced my entire knife set because it was so dull, but they were all brought back to life which feels especially important as I consider moving towards more eco-friendly practices (and avoid stores due to COVID-19). Amazing service! I was hesitant to try knife sharpening because I didn’t think I would notice a difference in the quality of my knives. I had never had them sharpened before. I have finally found a knife sharpening service that sharpens using a whetstone! Nicolas has sharpened a few of my knives super sharp and they work like they are brand new again. He's super friendly, quick to answer any questions and the knives were returned the next day! Thanks again Nicolas!
