Wonderful staff doing great initiatives with marginalized youth.

I know Nicholas and Nicole mean well but didn’t find them to be very understanding of my life struggles. They were the wrong type of social workers to talk about those issues. They are not genuine people to me. Sometimes they would talk very monotone which would get on my nerves. Claiming that they care but I didn’t really see it. Criticizing me when they don’t fully know the things I’ve been through. I believe this is because they lack some real knowledge and experience of people’s struggles. They lack real empathy. The only good things to mention is that I did enjoy some of the activities and interactions with them but that’s about it. I hated my experience with their psychotherapist Marianne Decks as she didn’t plan to know me better. I had sense some hints of sarcasm during my three sessions with her. I don’t trust her as there isn’t much information of her professional work experience out there. I get the impression that all three of them just like to nitpick my faults without knowing my full story. I don’t trust them anymore and started to dislike them. This whole experience benefited them as they needed clients for their services. I won’t go much into detail on their religious views but I definitely don’t approve with many of them. Overall, I’m never going back to their services anymore. Overall I’m very disappointed with their service. They’re a bunch of hypocrites and should find a different profession in my opinion.
