My husband and I have had Kathy as our Travel Agent for about 20 years. We are very fortunate to have such a fantastic travel agent.

We booked an all inclusive trip through west jet vacations .Our hotel room with parking was booked as well with the recommendation of the travel agentIt included 9 days of parking.Then 3 days ago we we informed our hotel was changed but our parking was still included at the same price.I went to pick up our money for the hotel charge and discovered our new hotel did not include parking and it would cost us $20 a night extra for parking .I tried to deal with Amanda at Destination travel to explain to her that there was an error but she would not represent us with the original agreement .We had no choice but to cancel our $20 a night times 8 days parking .We were lucky that we noticed this hidden charge . Please be very aware of dealing with this travel agent .

Have used Jacquie and the staff at Destinations for several years...They have always helped in a professional manner and continue to give the advice best suited for each individual trip. If you find a price cheaper...they will verify it and book for you. They will help make your trip as worry free as possible.

Jacquie has been our travel agent for many years. Today she went above and beyond to help our son who is travelling alone abroad when all his flights were cancelled and the travel website he booked through told them there was nothing they could do. The worst thing for a parent is to not know how to help from so far away. Our only thought was to call Jacquie and she spent over 2.5 hours communicating with travel website and airlines with the result of getting his whole trip reinstated! Our family is so grateful for Jacquie, the miracle worker. Our son now understands the above and beyond personal service you get from a travel agent from this huge life lesson.

Amazing travel agency, the best in the London area! Kelly was so helpful and kind and funny, definitely the best travel agent I've ever encountered. Tamara was also great, as are the rest of the employees I am sure! Highly recommend for any kind of travel, especially for Disney! THANKS KELLY
