please make sure you get everything in writing while building with them. promised the things and was not delivered poor quality was used. they do not response to the emails texts or phone.biggest drawback was poor craftsmanshipthey are not aware what they are doing like we have no windows in the living roomthat opens. small items missing past three months no attention paid whatsoever.i would not recommend them

We built our home through Manak homes in 2021 when market was really hot. We met with several other local builders who we asking for insane money and offering nothing but when we did a meeting with Amrit we were sure on the spot to go with Manak homes as deals he was offering did not only check all our boxes but also gave us more which we never expected to get. Amrit and Vishal did all to help us through the process and made our first home more beautiful then what we imagined.I still remember walking into our home on possession date we were amazed to see the quality of craftsmen ship and quality of stuff provided. Built my house last year with Manak Homes and they are just great. Easy to deal with, always cheerful and available to help. They are really good in taking care of details and they handle issues / problems very carefully.Not to forget, the price was very reasonable, if not cheaper than other builders, given the list of upgrades and the build quality. They also offer plenty of time and guidance when choosing details like colors, upgrades and interior design, free of charge and with a smile. We built our home through Manak homes in 2020. We met with several other local builders before settling with Manak. No one even came close to matching the amazing deal we got through Manak Homes. You definitely get a great bang for your buck. It is refreshing to see an owner of a business taking such direct involvement in his projects. Everyone we dealt with throughout the process was very friendly. Even the tradespeople working on the home were exceptionally friendly and helpful (One of them helped me move some heavy toilets into the house, another helped me move my appliances, etc.). Building a home is definitely a stressful process, and no build is free of headaches and a few bumps along the way. Overall though we are incredibly happy with the finished product. Can’t wait for the pandemic to be over so we can welcome our friends and family in to our new home!

My wife and I had just recently built a home with Manak Homes. If being honest at first I did not want to build a new home. It was terrifying hearing the many horror stories people have encountered with building a home through other contractors. We only decided to finally build when we walked through their absolutely stunning show home and were met up with their sales agent Sergio. Let me tell you after meeting up with Sergio and heaving a lengthy discussion we were sold on building a house. Let me tell you we went in to the home knowing pretty much exactly what we wanted in a home and were not going to settle for nothing less. To my surprise after rambling off our very extremely long wish list we were told no problem Manak homes can make this happen. Indeed, we were very skeptical because this was no easy task, we were not only asking for extras we asked for many major design changes to the home to suit our needs. Throughout our build Amarit and brother Vishal have been amazing to work with. The support they provided us was incredible and punctual. They were there to answer questions, support in decision-making and if problems arose they were right on it. They dealt with them quickly. I will be the first to admit I am not the easiest person to work with. I can be very difficult at times, but Amarit took it like a champ he was always very professional and considerate. In the end Manak homes built us exactly the home we have always dreamed about. The high quality of craftsmanship and care they put into the home really surprised me.
