Kalyn installed a toilet. He was very professional, courteous, and punctual. Took away the old toilet and left everything clean, which was much appreciated. A little pricey, but would recommend based on quality of work and service.

I had a major clog that the guys at Gold Medal were able to find very quickly and address right away. I wasn't able to use my kitchen so the timeliness of their service was great! James and David were professional, honest, very reasonable, and a pleasure to work with. I will definitely be recommending them to my clients.

I had a standard clog on my sewer line. The company did get it clear, but they charged nearly $1,000 more than other companies typically charged. They took advantage of me in my time of need and didn't think twice about it. Please get quotes from other companies first. They charged me $1,500 to snake and camera my sewer lines. After the fact I contacted two other fully licensed companies who said that service would only have costed between $400-$600 from them. This is only poor point 1.When Gold Medal Plumbing and Drain had the camera in my line, they then tried to tell me that my sewer line was broken and needed an immediate $14,000 repair before I would be able to use my water again. They were pushing me to agree to this immediately. After this, I had two more plumbing companies come out to put a camera in the same sewer. Both companies told me the sewer line was completely fine.I hope this review saves at least one other person from these extra costs and stresses. Please consider getting other quotes first.

James and Terrance were amazing in fixing my complicated plumbing pipes. They replaced my drainage pipes, diagnosed my leak and fixed my maze of pipes attached to my kitchen sink. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing issues.

Today is the second time I have have Benjamin and the Gold Medal Plumbing team in one week!We had two showers with issues and we could not be happier with the results.Benjamin was professional, courteous and more than patient with our two dogs.Not only was Gold Medal Plumbing amazing they were 20% less then anyone else and 10 times the quality.What an amazing experience!

Very expensive. Called for a toilet install, they wouldn’t tell me how much over the phone, as soon as they got here, told me it was $400. Unbelievable. Another $400 for a valve change that was working fine previously. 1k for a toilet install. Just nuts. I wouldn’t recommend them.
