We stumbled onto this delightful restaurant by chance and were so impressed! The veggie bún was exceptional: reasonably priced and deliciously vegan. Our server was charming and the food came so quickly. We will go again.

The food is quite great and greatfully unique. Even when the place is busy, the service is quite quick. Comfortable atmosphere with nice street view.Would certain return to try many more dishes.The menu uses a lot of pictures, which is great instead of the couple of teaser photos that other restaurants have.

Was frustrating to watch the manager/owner ? Go around and talk to the regulars asking how they are and how their food was and completely ignored us while I washed my chopsticks with dried noodles on it. Did not get the side order of bean sprouts I ordered( first place I’ve been to that it cost extra) and my server never asked me if I was ok or wanted anything else…We definitely made to feel unwelcomed there…Had to find the server to get our bill because she never came back to our table.Tipping starts at 10%

Delicate Vietnamese cuisine in the heart of Banff located in Salmon Arm. It is a rare found for such a wonderful Pho and Springs Roll inside the deep mountain areas. The owner spends a great deal of efforts making the dishes delicious and authentic. I'd say much better than many out there in the big cities. Highly recommended.

One of our go to places to stop in salmon arm. Friendly staff and I appreciate that there are gluten free and vegetarian options on the menu. I have celiac disease and have never gotten sick following the staff’s recommendation to avoid cross contamination.

Well I can’t say enough about Michael and Jenny. Their personalities and passion for perfection are to be admired. I have had the opportunity to get to know them and it’s been a great experience. The food is absolutely amazing. I have had menu items and some “ experimental “ dishes Michael has came up with. Any true foodie or just people who appreciate fresh, healthy, thoughtful food will instantly see the step above they take. The care and attention that goes into each part of their business is showcased in the food and their sincerity seals the deal. I’m blessed to have met them and I know success is always with them. The soup itself was very good. Generous on the meat and the broth is just amazingBut that was it's saving grace.Our chop sticks were dirty .When we walked in there was only 2 other tables occupied, and the server said it might be a bit because they were slammed with takeout orders that took priority. Once we had our food and drinks, a couple more regulars" came in. We had asked for a side of bean sprouts

Really enjoyed my experience here, friendly staff and pleasant atmosphere delicious food!We had plenty of dishes off the menu and all were great, the freshness this place brings to their dishes is so inviting. Definitely a great place to eat!Good value!Try the sizzling beef, house garden roll or a delicious Vietnamese sandwich.They got phò also if your into soup.

I wasn't wild on it because I was very unfamiliar with the food. Yes they do have pictures, but if you don't know Vietnamese food trust me don't go, especially not if you aren't big on noodles. Assume anything less than CAD $20 is lunch, not a main course. In particular Pho is a sub roll. The food itself (ignoring the noodles) does appear to be good, it just won't be for everyone.
