Saskatoon Pregnancy Options and Support Centre

This is the Saskatoon Pregnancy Options Centre. For clarification, the first time I went here I was facing an unplanned pregnancy and was undecided about what option would be best for me. I had a discussion with Carolyn and she took me to a section of the centre that had no baby stuff, and gave me handouts on Abortion, Adoption and Parenting (these sheets were very unbiased and factual). I felt no pressure or judgment, only support. They have support for all options (abortion, adoption and parenting.) I left that first visit undecided, but encouraged and they invited me back in a week.Probably my 3rd or 4th time there I found out they do have Christian spiritual help available. I am not Christian but very spiritual, now I pray with Sylvia (retired neonatal nurse) when I visit and it is lovely. No one here has ever imposed any religious opinions on me. They also have been very supportive to my Child's father who happens to be raised Hindu.This place gives me so much hope for the world. The people who work and volunteer here put their hearts into everything they do. I truly believe the name of the centre is accurate and that these devoted people will do everything they can to support you no matter what choice you make for your unplanned pregnancy. Thanks everyone keep being the amazing Golden hearted people you are!!

This is an anti-abortion center. This is not an abortion provider or educator. Research created in 2015 and onward finds 95%-97% of women do not regret their abortions. Make the decision that is right for you. Talk to pro-choice medical professionals at Saskatoon Sexual Health. Talk to women who do not regret their abortions. Talk to women whose abortions saved their lives. You deserve truth and up-to-date, contemporary psychological research on post-abortion mental health and the genuine choices that are available to you.

The ladies gave me so much hope and strength when I came here when I was pregnant. They believed in me and offered me the support, guidance and courage I needed to be a good mother. I am so thankful for this place and their love they gave me and to my daughter when she was born. Please come here if you are having a hard time beliveing in yourself beacuse these ladies will give you the strength to!

A place that believes in giving the undervoiced/underexplored option of keeping your baby and the very difficult to provide level of support that that takes. They want to make sure women are not being coerced into choosing abortion by exterior forces. They want to truly free women.

Have actually been here, unlike most reviewers. You'll be hard pressed to find a greater, more welcoming or helpful group of women than those who work & volunteer at this centre. Shame on those who give a poor review and belittle the great work done here. This place supports women and young families like no others.

This is a Christian based organization that discourages abortion. If you're actually wanting to look at your options -- DO NOT GO HERE. If you're sure you want to continue with the pregnancy, they have some really good support and learning programs.
