Excellent doctor!...however, Phone number not in service? :(

She is very gentle she explains the procedre. She made my experience go smoothly

The receptionist is very rude, unorganized and its all over the place. After calling several times to get my results from my colonoscopy, she advisedme to call back on Tuesday ;4 day later she would make sure doctor Boudreau would be in the office waiting for my call. I called Tuesday as she required; tells me she is working from home to call her there. Come to find out its wasn't Dr. Boudreau I was calling but a girl named Monique that I have never met not too get my results but to tell me I was Iron efficient and needed to start a medication. Wow not only was this unprofessional but down right rude. I have been waiting since the first week of December to get results of a CT scan but was told I had colitis and aBD sometion is on my left side but not sure what. Not a good experience here it all. Of you can try a different doctor and staff.
