Mouna was absolutely wonderful to interact with. She was nothing but kind and consice regarding mine and my spouses taxes and the breakdown. Despite us filing very close to the deadline, she had everything done and ready to go for us before the deadline hit. I have had awful experiences with other H&R Block locations previously, but now will only return to the Victoria st location to continue to deal with her. Thank you Mouna for making our tax experience seamless and taking away our stresses!

The man who helped me file my taxes this year was incredibly polite and considerate. It saved me so much stress and I got back much more on my return this time than I otherwise expected! :)

Was advised I would receive a call today for my tax return. Just called to check the status of my income tax return. Said she would check and now have been on hold for over 40 minutes. This is absolutely unacceptable. Professionalism is completely gone

You are better off doing taxes online. They just charged me 140 dollars for one t4 that took 10 mins to do. Turbo tax online you can do it for free. This is a scam

Not professional at all. Old man by the name of Peter messed up my return and forgot to click the box for Ontario Trillium benefit. Now i dont recieve it because of your simple mistake. Funny it was shortly after i said I didnt want to pay the extra $ for piece of mind" because i trusted his expertise and he goes on and says how easily it is to make a mistake trying to upsell me the piece of mind. Unacceptable. Was basically charged $200 for me to lose $600+. How is this fair? ***3 months later and still no follow up...."

Great service, they are professionals as an immigrant i feel safe in their hands they always give great advise and always do the best in the interest of their costumers ...other people tells me H & R is expensive but I always argue it's worth my money better be safe than sorry when you dont know about doing your own taxes ..I ised H&R for 6 Y and i will keep coming back ☆☆☆☆☆
