I wish there was an option to give it less than one star. My alarm is giving me trouble for more than 2 months. I called their monitoring station multiple times and they keep directing me to technical team. When I call that number no one picks up the call. It has happened multiple times. No call back and no communication from their side. Please dont go with them. They will act all nice at the time of installation but if you have problems after no one will call you or talk to you.

I agree. Initial installation was good, but when the time comes that u need service or replacement of stuff that doesn’t work just weeks after installation, they ignore all emails. I doubt that I’ll even get m money back and n a SkyBell unit that is complete garbage and stops working when the temp drops

Costumer Service is the worst I've ever had to deal with. Don't recommend this at all. To install the service was quite fast and easy to contact, but after that, it was impossible to contact the person in charge. and once I got tired and ask him to cancel the service it became worse. no I've been waiting for 10 days for his call back. Contract doesn't mention any charges to disconnect the service and even when I say to them ( the lady that pick up the phone).. that i was ok in paying a termination fee, but I want all that out. they keep ignoring me, and everytime i called it start all over again.. like they don't even know me.
