Jim's Towing

Good people and the service was good just a little over priced wish i shopped around a little more. $150 to go not even 10min away is a bit ridiculous. When you call they cant even give you a quote to go 10min away. They say lower numbers but when show up expect $40-$50 extra charge. I would you use again if it was $100-$120 but im not gonna be paying $150 for a 10min tow again.

I got into an accident and cop called Jim’s towing. Long story short went to pick up the car and sell it at their yard but the lady at the service desk was extremely rude and was screaming for 5 mins trying to prove her ridiculous point. Very disrespectful staff would not recommend.

Fantastic.... Booked a heavy tow for a commercial vehicle on Friday to be done on Saturday. They were in touch with me through the morning, called me at my requested time before arriving on site, and they arrived exactly at the same time I did. Were able to hook up the vehicle and tow back to my shop without any problems. I would highly recommend them to any commercial client.

This my first time using Jim’s towing . Excellent customer service as well as the tow truck driver. Had my car towed to Ajax, very professional. Will definitely Recommend!

At first when they arrived at the accident that night he seemed like a nice guy. But we were told the same things by him and the company. One said one thing and the other said the same thing. Our accident happened shortly before midnight, the car 100% arrived at their lot before midnight. They charged us for two full days when it was more than 2 full days the car was even there. They told the truth and helped us while we were down. I'm extremely impressed with their customer service. They charged us a insignificant amount of which I feel they told the truth about most of the charges. Overall I am highly satisfied with the company for not taking advantage of people in such a time of need. I will be using their services again.

Absolutely disgusting when it comes to customer service. Swearing, threatening, I have it all on video. The only person there, Kim, is a human. The rest are beyond 'Karens'. Especially Makalya. This place is awful.

A couple of weeks back, my friend and I were on the 407 heading to girls weekend with a utility trailer and we got a flat… All of a sudden this massive tow truck stops to ask us if we called for a tow truck, we said no, but we didn’t have the correct tire iron to change the flat. Tobin stopped, got out, told us he was headed a KM down the road to another situation but still took the time to use his tire iron, loosen the bolts, even put out a pylon for us, and wanted to make sure we had someone coming to help and then he was on his way.I later dropped off the tire iron and the pylon to Jim’s towing and I wanted to thank him again but he was out in a call.Sometimes it’s the little things that matter. He didn’t have to stop, he didn’t have to get out and help us or lend us his tools.Great guy and we where grateful for his help!Well done Tobin!

I have a worst experience with them.My car was stuck last night on mud between 2 driveways and I called them to pull it out and then they sent first guy with a big truck and he failed to pull it out and also he broke my car’s rear wheel arm then we asked him what happened? Then he said all good and he left afterthat he sent a another guy which was successful but we noticed something broken by the falut of first guy he was so unprofessional
