Outstanding service today in the automotive service! Thank you so much for getting my tire fixed quickly so my kids didn't have to wait long. The individuals working the desk today and fixing my car are just amazing!!!

Made an online order for in store pickup here. Pickup was fast and super convenient. I like how they have it set up. Once inside the doors you turn right and go all the way to the end of the store to aisle 114. If someone isn't there then there is a number you call and they come right away. The staff member who assisted us was friendly and professional.

Auto Service - The service manager, and staff at THIS Location, have always been very pleasant and helpful. On a number of occasions they have gone above my expectations. Our last interaction a couple of days ago, we had a very loud noise from under the car that was resolved within 30mins. Being out of town, they rushed the car in, even being short staffed. The manager was amazing, and the service was free!!! 5-Star+ Highly Recommended.

We unfortunately got a nail in our tire and was trying to get home to Sudbury… luckily the gentlemen at this location was able to help! We understood that they were short staffed and the manager, Jim, was working a double that day! But they were more than happy to help us and get us home safe!Just wanted to thank them all again for all there help!!!!Good team!

If you need your vehicle serviced come to this place. Polite courteous service that answered all my questions properly.Especially if you live in Innisfil do yourself a favour and avoid the unprofessional clowns at that location.At the Barrie location the work gets done the first time, and without you being talked down to by rude ornery staff.Whoever is the department manager in Barrie is doing a great job!

Yesterday I came into the store and was helped by Megan. It was the second time I came into the store in the last two weeks and had the pleasure of having her help me. I had been looking for a item and another male employee told me they couldn't locate it, Megan came to assist and went into the warehouse and very quickly found my item! Two weeks prior to this visit, I had came in looking for another specific item and she was the one helping me. I asked her for her name yesterday because her excellent customer service deserved recognition. I will keep coming back because of the two wonderful experiences she has provided to me on both my visits. Thank you Megan!

I purchased a single propane cylinder for a camping trip and second guessed the purchase as wasteful due to the expense and the fact the cylinder was single use. When returning the cylinder, the young at service said, It seems quite light." I made the purchase at 1:06

This is by far the WORST Canadian tire I have ever been to. Up until today, I loved everything about Canadian tire. Their deals, products and customer service…. after today I will never ever go into this one again, and nor should you if you especially if you have children. I came in today with my baby and was told I could not carry my bag, my sons diaper bag, with my wallet, keys, phone and all his essentials. I was told you leave it up front or to leave. So I left. Terrible customer service from their manager. I understand the theft policy with regards to bags, but this is an essential item… as I am sure it is with a ton of other parents. I am sure if I was pushing my son in a stroller and put the bag in the bottom instead of on my back, no one would have even questioned me. I am military and will be letting everyone else know what happened as well. Kicked out because I refused to leave my valuables and essentials at the front

First time I’ve ever placed an online order, and I had to pick up tires. Got my tires okay (but the staff had to look three times to find them). When I asked for a copy of the receipt (which it asked me to do on the email I received telling me my tires had arrived), something happened that they couldn’t print it off for me (technical problems), so I asked if they could give me a call when they had a receipt (after all, you need the receipt in case of a warranty issue). Apparently, when you order online, and its been confirmed that you received your product, you receive an email with the receipt (remember, first time I’ve ever ordered online, so I don’t know procedures).Tried to contact the parts department to inform them that they didn’t need to give me a receipt, I’ve already received one. I went through the phone prompts to get the parts department - the call got transferred to somebody no where near the parts counter and didn’t know the person in parts I wanted to speak to. They transferred me back to parts and the call got dropped!I’m trying to save your people some work and this is how I get treated. Good thing I wasn’t a new customer looking for parts. I’d be going elsewhere.

I ordered online to pick up in store. It would have been quicker to walk through the aisles to find what I needed as opposed to ordering online and wandering through the store to the on line ordering pickup area. And then I still had to phone while I was in the store for the pickup. Definitely do not follow the sign outside the store either. It leads you to a locked door.
