Depending on what time you go for your groceries a lot of products could be missing other than that it's a very decent grocery store, clean and good service

Maxi is typically a great place to shop. Found everything I needed and all Canadian products to top it off. The only thing that was a bit distressing is that I bought some Quebec garlic and it was full of mildew. It was a bit embarrassing because I was doing a YouTube video. Fortunately I could edit it out. But had I been transparent and said anything about it, it would not be good.

Good all around place for Saint-Jean-Sur-Richelieu. selection of available products is good and I've never had an issue with freshness. i take 2 star off because of the Online shopping. we started buying from the app so we can just wait in the parking lot and get our order to the car but the app is a pain... it worked well for 3 month or so and lately the orders are completed and paid but the store does not receive them. or we have our order between 1PM and 5PM but at 5PM they still haven't done it yet. multiple product are unavailable and instead of calling us they wait for us to be on site to tell us... i understand that the issue lies maybe 70% with the staff but if the service is offered please make sure it is supervised or on point in the app.

better quality produce is kept at affordable prices at this location compared to areas that have a higher density of marginalized people of multiple cultural backgrounds the best prices and produce are reserved for people who live away from those communities

Lots of parking but they never seem to have whatever I want that is on special. I always end with rainchecks and have to come back. Otherwise it is very clean and people are friendly.

First time that maxi is my main grocery store and I must say I'm impressed. I always find what I look for, prices are really good and it's easy to stack PC points when you do your grocery there and then put gas at the mobil right next to it. Staff is nice and everything seems fresh and clean.
