Xtreme Trampoline Park

It's busy on Fridays but it was fun especially for the young ones I'm 31 so you can guess how it went for me and my gf out bodies aren't what they use to be but all in all its an amazing place it's big theirs a big area just trampolines and an area for soccer volleyball and basketball even gladiator fighting a ninja course and jumping from 4 feet from up high dropping on a big safety mat theirs drinks and food sold their as well come on down and have fun their are private lockers as well it's free but bring your own lock they don't sell locks for the lockers

If I could I would have given 0 star. We bought tickets for 5 people online. When we went there, they were closed and they didn't even notify us that they would be closed that day. We asked for the refund but they still haven't refunded us the money, it was 4 weeks ago. Initially, they said that the money can't be refunded and we can come in anytime. But, seeing how they didn't inform us and we went there only to find them closed, I didn't want to go there again. After asking them again and again for refund, They say that the money has been refunded but I even checked with my bank it has not been refunded yet. We called them again and again and different employees say different things. Some say that the money has been refunded and some say it hasn't been refunded and they're gonna refund it right away. I called the manager to inform this and he was so rude he even said if we are nice to everyone we won't have a business to run". We just want our money back that they stole

We are from out of town but enjoyed a good hour with family children at your business. The place was really clean, the staff was super-friendly as well. The equipment looks all top of the line so we weren't concerned about safety. Good times.

When i was at the park there was a dodgeball match so I went in but the kids where yelling slurs and and were whipping the ball at this little kid but that was not the biggest deal but apart form that it was a awesome time and the staff is really nice

I had a birthday party scheduled - 20 mins before opening I received a phone call from a Staff member saying my party was cancelled because of a power outage. I later found out that it was a planned outage and I still was not notified.I get there and the staff member who was helping me was extremely apologetic.. I asked for a refund on my deposit and that I would regroup and schedule another party once I had my calendar in front of me. He said the the Owner does not allow refunds and the only thing he could do is to keep my deposit and I can use it toward my party.I explained that I was away for most the summer and I didn't know when I'd be able to plan, so we ended up calling the owner and it was an - you absolutely can not have your deposit back. It's not his fault that they power went out and he doesn't own the building, so he is not notified of these situations.Things were a little heated from there, but let just say that the owner of this business does not care about customer satisfaction. He only cares about your money.I ended up getting a gift card, but only because I pushed. He may as well have kept my money.. after the tone of his phone call, and the extreme lack of customer care, I will never be going back to this establishment again. PS... he also ones the Park in Kanata.

I was all excited to spend a great weekend evening with my friends. But all they have done is Sorry we are closed" we travelled from a different place to just see this without any prior notice. And

So much fun for the whole family and reasonable prices !It's a place to bring out the kid in us all while celebrating our littles

This is a fun spot to take my 2 year old however no staff ever say anything about older kids coming into the under 4 only section and making it dangerous for my little guy.

Great place to take kids. My kids had a blast, and the place was very clean. Something was spilled and a staff member came to clean it up right away. Slushies and snacks at the counter are a great bonus.

This was our first time attending a birthday party at this place. We arrived and there was a long line- understandable, its a Saturday.We waited about 20 mins in line only to be told we should have gone straight to the back at the party check in. There was no signage indicating where should have gone.We get to the back & are informed that the party jump time is almost up.I mentioned that there should be a sign or something & the lovely girls quickly made one to put on the door. Unfortunately that doesn't really help us.We were planning on having a trampoline party in the summer for the kid who missed out on jumping (through no fault of our own), but now we will plan something else.
