I placed an order online for pickup. Without calling or emailing me the order was cancelled even though the products were still in stock according to the website. Went to Pet Junction instead. Sucks because I had to travel for two hours to get to Dauphin.

This place it terrible I had a terrible experience and they have really bad service are are really rude and useless and kind of resists they don't know what they are doing and are extremely rude to there costumers and compliant to me that I was wrong and that when the treats said 2 dollars off a five dollars treat bag they are extremely rude and have no common so for that I suggest that no one goes there anymore the one in dauphin sucks

The girl working at Pet Valu was very help and informative! She showed me pros and cons when choosing the right products I needed for my dogs. Love that they actually care about our pets and not just try to sell me a bunch of stuff. Will definitely come here for all my pet needs!
