Le Pitstop Dorval

I went to Le Pitstop after returning from a trip that flew out of Montreal. My tires had started making noises on the 2 hour drive to Montreal, and since we didn’t feel safe doing the 2 hour drive back home on them, we booked in to get it checked out. Mike was kind enough to see us after his usual hours and on a public holiday. He was so friendly, educated us on what was wrong, and was able to fix our problem. I highly recommend him/his shop!

Amazing place. Michael the owner really knows his stuff. I had some winter tires that needed rebalancing. He was available quickly and was efficient and professional. He is the only mechanic I've ever seen check the current balance of a tire before taking the weights off and rebalancing. He really understands how to find the source of the issue. I would definitely recommend and will be using his services again in the future.

Literally a fraction of the price of what they charge you at big garages and same if not better quality. Mike will do everything in his power to either fit your schedule or your budget. An honest mechanic, which is not a common thing to find. A gem.

Mike is an absolute gem. I got stuck with a dead alternator on a Saturday night during a day visit to Montreal and after being alerted by my tow operator, Mike reached out to say I can leave my truck at this shop and he'll get on it in the (Sunday) morning. He got me sorted and my truck is running great. Def would be my go-to if I were local.

I was in dire need of a tire repair on a Saturday headed to Toronto, called other businesses and there was no way I could be squeezed in. I called Le Pitstop, spoke to Mike, he said to come by now and he'd take a look at it.. I had my tire repaired within 45 minutes of making the initial call! If I lived in Montreal, I would use no one other than this guy!Truly a class act. great customer service, the cost was more than fair, and he was a one man show making it look seamless.I Definitely recommend this guy for any repair your car may need!

I came here for my winter tire change. Mike was super friendly and he managed to book an early appointment for me even tho he was busy.The work was done very well and he also checked the brakes and advised me to service them.Highly recommended

They get back to you quickly, are very friendly, and do a great job! Got my tires changed there and it was less expensive than other garages too.

There is a reason why this garage gets all 5-star rating! Mike helped me out for an urgent repair. He was able to add into his busy schedule, spent time diagnosing the problem and shared all the repair options with honesty. I was not able to wait for the replacement piece due to upcoming planned travel, so Mike helped me to temporarily secure the loose pieces to make my trip safer, and did not charge anything. He was also very friendly with my children, gave a car piece souvenir to my car-fan son, answered their questions with great patience and let my kids try out some tools he used. It was clear that he likes his work and enjoy meeting and helping people. This is definitely the best encounter at the mechanics I've ever had. Definitely recommend!

Wanted to change to winter tire and didnt found appointment in near future with many of the shops. Spoke to Mike and he managed to get us appointment. Both gentlemen are class and incredibly nice. Will change tire with them now every time. Highly recommended.

Mike was fast to respond to my inquiry and incredibly nice. My brake light no longer worked and he told me to drop by after work and he'd replace it. He did it on the spot and it only took a few minutes. I asked how much and he replied free of charge. I was genuinely surprised because he could have taken advantage of the situation and he didn't. He's an honest mechanic which are hard to come by. Highly recommend doing service with him.
