After my usual handy-man was left scratching his head over why my kitchen sink wouldn't drain, I was faced with the difficult decision of choosing a professional plumber from Google. I chose Ken Evans Plumbing based on reputation, and Jeff didn't disappoint. My issue had an easy and obvious, but costly, solution, but Jeff was determined to trouble-shoot my issue for a more cost-effective option. I had a great first experience with them. Scheduled a plumber visit due to low water pressure in our new home. Jeff arrived on time, worked quickly but not rushed, explained everything very well and was clearly highly knowledgeable in his field. I will definitely call them again when needed.

I paid the initial service call fee to get the plumber out to see if the work ahead was something they could do. After spending an hour looking at the work assuring me this wouldn’t be impossible to do (bathtub fit, water line replacement, dishwasher install) he said he would get back to me in a day or two with a ballpark quote for hours so I could prepare.A month later, me calling the plumber and the company 5+ times, multiple messages I’ve given up and have been ghosted.Basically I spent 100$ to tell the plumber that I needed work to be done.Complete rip off, huge waste of time and money. I wouldn’t even recommend calling or considering this business.

The customer service is terrible! I do not know anything about plumbing costs, and was asking questions to get an understanding of how much I would be billed, since the person on the line, said they do not give quotes. As I started asking the third question, to find out if they would be able to give me an idea of how long a job would take by describing the situation, they hung up the phone on me! I was not being rude or anything, as I had no reason to be, since I was just after information. I tried to call back, they refused to answer, which proves, the disconnection was intentional! Great going!

Needed a plumber after 3:30, so I could get home from work and they were the only ones after 4 tries willing to accommodate this. Great service and fixed the problem quickly . Will use them again for sure.

Brad booked me in immediately and the serviceman Chad was fast and professional. I'll definitely will be calling them again when I need help

Jeff and the folks at Evan's plumbing are great. We have been using them for our food plant plumbing needs for several years.Jeff also recommended BioClean for drain treatment and it has been a lifesaver for preventing clogged floor drains and sinks

Our hot water tank was replaced by the company, and they did a fantastic job. The two guys who came ensured they had the cloth and some cardboard laid out to avoid staining the finished area in the house. Everything was done sequentially. They were very professional and we have hot water back again :). Thank you!
