My dog had passed so I called this clinic as my siblings all take their pets there. I called with regards to cremation. Very compassionate on the phone. They allowed me to bring my doodle in right away. The staff was great . A few days later I received a sympathy card in the mail signed by all staff. Would recommend this place in a heartbeat. Thanks

Getting a new puppy. Went in hoping the practice was accepting new clients and secured a spot for our new puppy. The receptionist was so pleasant and friendly. The reviews are fantasticSo grateful.

I brought my new rescue kitten in last week for his first visit with Dr. Chris. Every single staff member I interacted with treated my kitten and I with respect and kindness. They are a compassionate team and care for you and your animals. My poor kitten Finn had to spend an unexpected 36 hours in the clinics care this week and I appreciated every second of it. The techs and vets took excellent care of him. I appreciate that the team is honest and down to earth when talking to you about your pet, even when telling you the hard stuff. They don’t overcharge and let you know what tests are necessary and are upfront with cost. It’s rare and refreshing to find a clinic like this but I am so thankful I did (and so is Finn)!

I WAS new to this practice on a recommendation from a neighbour. I have 2 dogs No issue bringing the first for a check up but when I called to make an appointment for the other I was told they were booking a month out and to look elsewhere ?? My dog required her AG to be looked at . You can’t wait a month for that As a new client to the practice I found this astonishing. Really , you treat new clients this way . You can’t leave AGE untreated so when I expressed concern to the receptionist she was quite snippy , lacked compassion and showed no customer service . I later spoke with the OM who booked me in. Yesterday Dr Martin called me saying we weren’t ever welcome back because of the way I spoke to CR . What about how she spoke to me ?? That’s ok I know lots of pet owners. I’d NEVER refer them to you . Your loss. I’ll take our beautiful girls elsewhere !!!!In response to your reply . Seems like your establishment is over promising and under delivering. That makes for bad business all around . Glad we have other places to go where we will be treated with kindness. Also I was never verbally abusive to your staff simply trying to understand , when I was initially told you were taking on new patients to only be told new patients should be taken elsewhere or I’d have to wait a month for a AGE ?? Really ?? You need to reevaluate your policies and make sure all of your staff are on the same page as to not have disappointed customers. I’m not the one at fault here - your establishment is !!

Not a good place at all.. our cat had to be put down unexpectedly beginning of February 2022 .. My family is still TRAMATIZED at how unprofessional dr.Martin is. Yelling at my parents, “we have to put him down now now now” no proper good byes, they didn’t even sedate our cat. Just put the needle in.. he died with his mouth opened!! lucky we don’t sue you for this. Her veterinarian license should be revoked. No dignity, no compassion for our buddy or ourselves!! We will never forget the LOOK OF OUR cats face when you just put the needle in with no sedation. SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!

my family has been going here for years. have always received excellent service, everyone has been good and kind and clearly they care about animals. last week i had to put my cat of 15 years down and i was a wreck. the compassion and care i was shown with this process made it so much easier to endure. there was no pressure. i was given time to say goodbye. i just received a card in the mail with their condolences which they did not have to do at all. the little things count for a lot, i think. thank you very much for your service.

Took my girl in for yearly checkup and the staff and doctors are absolutly fabulous they way they treated her.....

The compassion, and patience this clinic has is unmatched. I have an EXTREMELY reactive Great Pyrenees who requires a great amount of patience. Dr Chris and the entire staff really take their time with him. I swear they treat both my guys as if they were their own. They are very honest with what needs to be done, what can wait etc. as well as discussing options and the best way to be cost effective.

The ladies there are such sweet hearts. They take good care of my kitten. They answer all my questions! They even sent a birthday card for the kitty!

Although we had scheduled an appointment for our new puppy in two weeks, when we brought him home he was having some belly trouble. We called this morning and even though they were very busy, the team was able to fit us in on short notice, treat him, and give us peace of mind.Really appreciate the care the team gave our boy! Great first experience, and looking forward to a great relationship with the Stoney Creek team!
