A+ great customer service went above and beyond. I had my wife bring a broken fitting no other hydraulic shop would help me with. They took the time to put something together to get my excavator up and running.

Amazing customer service, they really helped us out in a pinch. A great Oshawa business.

Great Service Would recommend them to anyone, I was out snow plowing at night around 8:00 pm when I blew a hydraulic hose. I called Hydraulic House but they were closed. Their answering service gave me another number to call for after hours service. It was the owners home phone. I asked him if he could help me out since I needed to plow that night. He made a special trip down from Lindsay to Oshawa within the hour , just after a snow storm and had me back on the road plowing that same night! Price was fantastic .How many people would leave their home on a cold winter night and drive a hour to help some one out. Not too many. But these guys did.. Now that's customer service!I have had them do other repairs for me in the past and have found the work very good and very fair pricing.

Any requests made...have always been dealt with quickly, efficiently and with fair pricing. Why would anyone go anywhere else.

Fast, excellent, knowledgeable service

Don't go to the Hydraulic House!They finished the service and called when they said they would. (Re seal a cylinder). But no mention of the damage they did. (One of 4 grease seals was gone, one was damaged beyond use and one was damaged but hopefully useable. They were brand new, 20 minutes runtime max). I was not offered replacement parts or an apology, nothing, they just asked me for my money. Its been almost one week since I received the cylinder back. no new seals till another 4 days if they are on time. My machine has been out of commission for one week so far.I will have to be very desperate to go to The Hydraulic House again.Stefan
