I had my daughters used car in the shop for an inspection and some minor repairs. Not only did the owner do a great job and fixed all the issues the price he gave my daughter on her car was excellent! This is her 1st car and couldn't afford much and Scott totally went beyond his means for service. Next day I had to bring car back into shop due to some other company destroying a nut on her tire and went above and beyond again! This is a trustworthy shop and it showed!! Thank you Scott!!!

Fantastic service. Took my vehicle in with a number of issues and I could not be happier with the work Dowland did to repair it. Very honest and professional; my vehicle runs better than when I bought it. For sure will be returning to Dowland for any future repairs.

I can't say enough about this guy and his business!!! thank-you thank you and thank you! My vehicle died right at the intersection on my way to work and he came with a tow rope and helped get it out of the way, did the repair quite reasonable, and brought my vehicle back over to my work later!! totally went out of his way, this young business man will be getting all my business and I will telling all my friends too! Thanks again Scott !!

$200+ for a new serpentine belt and some coolant top up.... save a few dollars and go anywhere but here! And definitely go above and beyond. They will top up your tire with air give your vehicle the one over all for a few extra dollars. Maybe next time just replace the 20$ belt and top up the coolant with a new 5qt for another 20$. Got to love getting fukked by your local car guy...

Brought my Jetta in for a safety inspection for insurance. Scott was professional, got my car done in a timely manor and did not quote me for unnecessary work as some shops are prone to do during a safety inspection. Would definitely recommend!

Very friendly and professional. Rates are fair, work is great quality, and they are always happy to explain anything if you have questions. They've always taken my experience with my vehicle into account when diagnosing issues, and that has lead to a lot of trust - even if they think I'm wrong, they're happy to look into an issue I suspect may exist and explain in detail what they find.
