I loved coming here as the staff is so sweet, however, there is one employee who is very disrespectful. Not only to myself, but to most customers. She is very hot tempered and whenever we vocalize an issue regarding our order POLITELY, she becomes very hostile. The other staff members are so friendly and quick to resolve an issue. The last few days that I have been ordering coffee from here, she never fills it up. I once asked her kindly if she could please fill up my coffee, so she aggressively poured the coffee into my cup which then spilled onto the counter and left a mess. This was dangerous and could have led to an injury. This is not safe and most definitely NOT okay. Very concerning and I hope management does something about this.

Nothing beats the feeling of walking into hub, fully knowing you're about to ruin the workers night by ordering 8 buddy burgers an hour before close and proceeding to annihilate them in the depths of your bedroom like a feral animal.

It was really good to eat in lobby, nice outside view and food was delicious as well as freshly cooked. I wait for couple of minutes bcoz they have a nice lineup too. As I said it’s fresh then, It’s worth to wait!!

They handed my food to someone else, didn't realize, seams like other people got their order swapped.Had to wait again for them to remake peoples food. Double buddy with cheese.

Filipino lady yelled and also toss my food on the counter too. She is a skinny filipino lady and is also racist. The other workers are fine but she is the rudest of all custumer service. I would like the manager to see this and deal with this. It not only me complaining but there us other people complaining about but they wont do anything. I order the pancake thing at 8 in the morning but still. Slams the table and tosses your food and give u dirty glares!

Got a really salty burger from this location, went back for replacement after one bite. Rude filipino lady tossed that burger into trush and did not aplogize at all. Then tossed the new burger on the counter. There has been multiple bad reviews about the attitude of the same lady, so i have no idea why the manager does not want to take any action.

Just a regular A&W fast food restaurant, the food tastes just as you expect and the service is poor at times, can be rude and always seems like they hate it there (can't blame them for it though). But still, they get the job done and the food is okay, I wouldn't say it's worth the price though.

I've gone to A & W on campus for their breakfast more than I care to admit, but I do want to mention that the two women who usually work at the front in the mornings have great customer service. They're both very professional and they're clearly hard-working.And the food is good!
