I went to this place just for a few weeks, about 4 sessions in total. I hated it. Any therapist was Hiranmayi, and I didn’t really like her. The only questions she’d ever ask was “And how does that make you feel?” In my head I was always like, “Well, what the hell do you think??”I told her again and again I found it hard to communicate this feelings with my parents, and what happens??? She makes a family session with my parents. Did NOT help. This is the literal worst ever place I have ever been to to seek help. All she did was open me up and make me spill everything on the floor until I cried.

The environment is warm, contemporary and beautiful. As a therapist they have set a high standard for the rest of us to emulate and I feel confident referring clients to them.
