I had two appointment no shows this week with another company. Mr. Rooter booked me the same day I had requested someone and showed up 90 minutes after booking. Their level of service was excellent from the communication to the actual work. Brent also gave me some helpful tips about any future maintenance needed on the installed faucet. Thank you!

Finding a good plumber for my commercial business was stressful but David Abrams at Mr. Rooter was professional, detailed and knowledgeable. He did all the research , kept me updated and found the most suitable equipment that would fit and work in the kitchen. Install day was a breeze, he found some non-related preexisting problems and contacted me right away and was able to repair them as well.The new equipment works great and I'm very pleased with deciding to use Mr. Rooter. Mr Rooster is very responsive. I reached out at night time for a leaking toilet water hose. They got back to me very quickly with a quote and the plumber came and fixed it the next morning.The plumber is very professional and on time. Their quote is on par with the market price.

Well this is my experience with Mr. Rooter. We had originally called Milani for a clogged kitchen sink and they spent hours and could not get the job done. So we decided to call Mr. Rooter and let me tell you our experience with this company was amazing. They came in assessed the problem and told me that they will get the job done. They were professional, courteous and you felt confident with them. We were very happy with the outcome and I highly recommend this company because definitely I will be going through them again in the future. So thanks to Steve and his colleague we were left very satisfied.

Sandeep helped me problem solve to see if I need toilet replaced. He knew my situation with my elderly disabled mom . He replaced a toilet and accommodated his work schedule. Also I had to go to work and he notified me that things were finished by text , and explained things to my mom. I appreciate the quick response . Thanks for making things less stressful for me and my mom

Crooks. They won't tell you the first hour of work price over the phone so here it is.1) $98 for the call out.2) $398 for the first hour of work (includes the call out).3) $198/hr or $149/hr (can't remember) there after and appears to not offer half hour pricing (yes other companies offer 30min rates after the first hour)4) $24 mandatory truck charge (whatever that is)Tech arrived not knowing what kind of work he was going to be doing (got the wrong info). Was also not professional as the person was on a handsfree call while interacting with me.People with emergencies will pay these prices, they know that. Just know that there are far better prices with other companies that are more transparent when it comes to their charges.
