I have been a customer at Nightingale Medical Supplies Kamloops since my first mastectomy surgery in 2015. The ladies there are always so helpful whether it be fitting breast forms or finding the most appropriate bras and swimwear. If they don't have an item, they are quick to order it in. The friendliness and customer service at Nightingale Kamloops is extraordinary and I recommend this store highly to other breast cancer survivors.

I noticed your location when I was looking for the elevator to go down to get an xray. I had the best service, from a very very nice staff person named Angel . I was getting some light support stockings. I was impressed, and she consulted several times with the other staff. She was professional, super nice, knowlegable, and very kind. I was overwhelmed with how nice she was, and the other two original staff were extremely nice also. I will go back there, and I am a pharmacist myself, and I feel they are amazing. Dwight Morrow

I absolutely love all the staff here. I advocate for a family member and I feel that I can trust them with details that would not regularly be disclosed. The staff can also hypothesize what the client may potentially need. We sincerely thank the staff at Nightingale for providing a safe and engaging environment.

My experience is that of being so incredibly supportive. Sarah, Adele and Angel are very compassionate, knowlegeable and lots of fun. They have answered all my questions and offered many products that help me live comfortably and confidently with a colostomy. On every visit they are cheerful, welcoming and know my name. I just had a breast reduction and I was looking dor a post-surgery bra and this place was Reccomended to me and I'm so glad it was. The girl working was the nicest most helpful person I could have asked for. She helped me try on a few while being careful with my bandages. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and the bra is so comfortable!

I have been client for almost 3 yrs...during this time I have found staff to be most helpful and considerate. They introduced me to the Ostomy nurse who has also helped me a lot in managing my Urostomy. I highly recommend the staff of this location for their friendly, knowledgable assistance and support.
