Worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. I ordered three mc doubles with tomatoes. They forgot the tomatoes on all the burgers.....then when I went back to get my burgers replaced the manager Martin was the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. Not eve an effort to try to fix their mistake

Its the McDonald's in the hood, I thought it was going to be a drug user hang out, like it was 2 years ago but I was pleasantly surprised there were no panhandlers no drug paraphernalia and lots of working class ppl. families and kids there enjoying a good meal

The food was good. The girl who took my order at the counter got really confused when I used a coupon to order some breakfast and then asked to buy a box of donuts on top of that and thought I was trying to use the coupon for the donuts. Had to get her coworker to explain it to her. But we got there. I've been to this place a few times and it's not always like this. The food is always as it should be and the look of the restaurant is pretty good.I think next time I'll just use the kiosk to order though

It's McDonald's, nothing really new to expect from a fast food megachain. Food is fine during the day but can tend to be on the stale side during night shift. Staff here are always friendly, my go to for coffee which is pretty consistent

No clean Do not match the McDonald's standards. It's not clean at all play areas not clean, and it's stinks need more ventilation. McDonald's needs to match McDonald's.

I normally only go here for breakfast, but the food is reliably good. I love that they use frozen concentrate for their Orange Juice instead of the canned juice that many restaurants use. The staff is friendly and attentive, and I love their addition of Christmas carols.

Probably the worst fast food service I have dealt with in Prince George. Absolutely unprofessional. Spent over 40 minutes waiting for our order and the person who gave us our food rolled her eyes when I said thank you. They also messed up the order and gave us a regular big mac instead of a double but put the regular big mac into a double big mac box. My spouse and I felt like we were walking into a high school not a business. Maybe the day time staff are better but the night staff are horrible.

Service and food were just barely okay. I asked for a mocha and I saw that there was whipped cream on it so I drove away, once I got past the whipped cream there was absolutely no chocolate in it at all! I couldn't drink it so I had to throw it out!

Have had consistent great service from this McDonalds. Can be a bit busy, but seems decently fast even when it is busy. Would recommend.
