I had my appointment there on the 5th of June and paid for the medical insurance that they offer through their partner (80€) . Their agent told me to send the proof of medical insurance via e-mail. I sent the agent the required document the moment it was received it and was reassured by the agent that it will be added in my application. a week later I receive a visa refusal letter stating I did not provide the medical insurance proof. They forgot to include the document which I paid for in my application which lead to the refusal of my visa, this service is absolutely incompetent and really a pain to go through for visas. I hope they can find a solution to their incompetence and error.

Hope i can give negative starts here. I submitted my application yesterday. It was an extremely disappointing service experience. The faculty members, an Indian woman and a Korean woman, were so unprofessional, rude, and displayed impatience throughout. Their lack of courtesy made it feel like customers were burdening them. The woman at the security, however, was the only saving grace with her helpfulness. Overall, it was an awful experience.The inefficiency of all the faculty members in the courier was highly noticeable as they failed to perform their duties effectively. Customers were consistently served significantly later than their scheduled appointment time, often by as much as one hour. It was ironic to witness other faculty members idly walking around with seemingly nothing to do, yet they made no effort to assist waiting customers. Despite our prolonged wait, they neglected to serve us promptly. This entire experience was incredibly frustrating and added to the overall disappointment

I would give it zero stars if I could. The application took 26 business days (over a month) to finish it. But there was nothing inside when I got my passport. I didn’t get my visa! No one told me why I couldn’t get a visa. I had no phone call, no message, no email, no reasons. When I asked them about my visa, they told me “please check each of the returned documents. Sometimes the visa is in between some pages or a letter from the embassy is in between the returned documents.” If this is your job responsibility you didn’t do it well ! I lost a lot of money when I had to cancel my European trip. Avoid this service if you can and save yourself the massive headache that I’ve had to endure.

I am trying to book ab appointment for my visa application to France. After reading the reviews, i got organized to apply in advance and avoid any surprises. I logged in every day, at many times! But it seems like there is no appointment at all. Is the platform working? Is there a specific time slot to book an appointment? I really need to get my visa application started as I have an emergency.

I am giving 2 stars because it is probably an out of control situation. But still, it has been going on since two months now, and we are still not able to take appointments....some of us are required to buy their tickets before applying. With all the respects, PLEASE WORK ON THE APPOINTMENT SITUATION ASAP, it should never take that long to get an appointment.

I didn’t have a major problem getting an appointment but it was definitely not easy. I’m not writing this review to complain about their website but rather their service. When booking the appointment there was an option for a lounge for an extra fee, it’s simply a tiny office room where you sit and there’s a bunch of sodas and m&ms waiting for you next to the desk. The same lady processing people outside came in to meet me in the small office. It’s a waste of money so avoid it in my opinion.I had also paid extra for the option to take my photograph at the centre. They advertise this as a way to ensure that your photo complies with the visa requirement. I was shocked when the lady asked me to stand against the wall and she took out a phone and snapped a picture of me then printed it on camera paper. The quality of the photo is horrible. The consulate didn’t even use the picture they took.All in all, I paid $185 with extras for an experience that was subpar. Do yourself a favour and don’t pay for their extras. The French consulate should find a solution for this.On the plus side, I applied for the visa on a Monday and I got it on Thursday of that same week so that’s a plus.

My experience with VFS over the last few months has been very frustrating. Scheduling a VISA meeting was practically impossible as there were no availabilities (I visited the website every 2 hours for over a week). The only way that I was able to book a meeting was by contacting them by email. Since I requested a meeting by email, they charged me an additionnal 50$. While this was happening, my partner was able to book me a meeting through the platform. I cancelled it to get a refund. The refund process was pure pain. After 1.5 month of back and forth with the customer service, they simply told me that I should have requested a refund on their website (very hard to find the link to the refund site as you can guess). NEVER was it mentioned in the 1.5month exchange prior to this new email.VFS Global is a company that uses shady business practices and do not care about their customer. Their support staff are either highly inexperienced or VFS reinforce practices to avoid refunding their customer.I would strongly recommand companies to avoid using VFS service.

I have been trying for 1.5 months to make an appointment for a long stay visa for the Vancouver location - checking constantly at all times throughout the day and have NEVER seen a single appointment slot. With the visa process I'm required to have booked accommodation which I will likely not even be able to use given that I cannot get an appointment. I have called many times only to be told to just keep checking. This process is unacceptable. I understand there is a large demand but to have literally zero appointments available is so frustrating and will likely make me lose out on my accommodation costs and I may not even be able to go to France at all at this point.

Stupid service I every seen in whole my live, I don’t know How Government of Canada give them authority to work. After 40 days apply for visa still they are not answering email, phone and anything and they told me max after 30 days I get my passport back.Just stupid
