Seriously regret coming here and I wish I’d read the reviews before making a purchase as I had a similar experience. Saw a hat that was on sale and turns only 4 of the 5 styles were heavily discounted—the full label for the most expensive (not discounted) hat was bent and also covered up with other signage. Upon realising I’d paid an extra $20 I requested a refund immediately when I hadn’t even left the store and was asked to do an exchange instead. Completely unreasonable and rude of the associate to say the price was right when clearly it was not labelled in a manner for clients to understand as the discount labels were spaced evenly with 2 labels along the whole shelf when only 4 of the 5 were discounted.

I have bought a lot of stuff here and the quality is very good. From the moment I walked in,the staff was welcoming and attentive to my needs. Great service!!

This store has good service and the great variety of goods, the price preferential benefit.

The shop assistant is really nice there. They will recommend the item according your own situation. And answer the questions in details. It’s so comfortable to shop there.

Thanks you very muchI have dry, fair skin and in the winter it gets extremely dry. I love this product, I have tried so many hydrating solutions but after using this, the next morning my skin looks radiant - and as though I’ve already got tinted moisturiser on.And thanks for the friendly staffs :)

I highly recommend checking your receipt before paying!! I went there two times, once in this location and another time in Metrotown location, purchasing different items. For both visits, they charged me a different price compared to what was indicated on the shelf. Instead of offering me a return and admitting their mistake, the sales associate quickly changed the price on the shelf and said I have to purchase additional items because their POS system doesn't do returns. What a joke.TL;DR: Please, check your receipt on their computer screen BEFORE paying. Once you paid, they won't refund you even if it is their mistake.

Whenever I visit Aberdeen Centre, I always stop by Tokyo Beauty since there are a wide selection of beauty Items from not only Japan but Korea as well. I am so into taking a look at this shop. Sometimes they offer good deal and rlly reasonable price that is cheaper than other stores. Staff is nice as well which named Brianna. She tried to help me to find what I looked for, recommend another stuff as much as she could. If I need to buy some cosmetics someday, I will definitely buy it HERE

Asian woman with thin eyebrows and blond hair working here, extremely disrespectful. Followed me around the store and yelled at my son who tripped and knocked over a tissue box. She then cursed in Chinese like I wouldn't understand. Bad service, fire her immediately.Ugly personality and looks.

Me and my friends were browsing a product and there’s young lady with short hair was so impolite. She forcing us to move a side to let her pass, and she’s not urgent…I don’t understand why she does that, and my friends said she did that two times (maybe new employees?) Other than her everyone else is very nice and good service, price are reasonable.
