absolutely adore this place! i take my dog here for grooming and they always make her look like a brand new puppy. the staff is also very knowledgeable about product and the owner Vivian takes the best care of all her clients!

Love taking my dog Reggie here, Vivian the owner/groomer is ver kind, professional and loves what she does. The store offers a great selection of treats, beds, raw foods, toys and much more! Richard is such a friendly knowledgeable staff member. Highly recommend coming here! 10/10!

My absolute favourite pet supply store of all time! I come here for all of my cat’s needs. They carry the best quality food and supplies, and are always so friendly and knowledgeable. I recently started taking my cat out on walks, and the cat harness I had bought elsewhere didn’t fit him properly, so they recommended the Canada Pooch everything harness and it works perfectly. Now he can explore outside safely and comfortably!

It’s sad when a small business suffers from terrible employees with no respect, bad customer service, and laziness when it comes to learning the policies. However, the owner/groomer is good at what she does. If you don’t care about being treated like a burden by the front desk, your dog will at least be happy and clean.

Awful customer service. Booked an appointment, and arrived at the appointment in the pouring rain. Was told my appointment was changed last minute (regardless of the email with the appointment time). I mentioned that I do not live close by and I could not come back at a later time and was sent home when I blocked off my workday to get my dog groomed.

Cosmopawlitan is our go-to for Penny's nail trim. She had so much anxiety after going to another groomer or trimming at home before to the point where she would be in tears. The groomer Vivian is amazing - every time since we send her there Penny is more confident and sometimes excited. I felt compelled to share my experience because they've been so helpful and sweet to their customers/dogs they work with.
