I recently made cushions for my DIY banquette. I am very happy with results and the service I received from Anu at the West Broadway location. I initially made a big mistake in the foam measurements and had them cut to the wrong sizes. I assumed I had to purchase new foam pieces. Fortunately Anu explained that she could glue the pieces together to get the correct sizes. It took 10 minutes and was free of charge. Worth mentioning that when I shopped around I was pleasantly surprised to discover that the Foam Shop had the best prices.

This excellent store provides high quality comfort and our discussion with Anu provided the necessary information for us to choose a new Serenity Queen Mattress and 3 cut to size sofa inserts..such a friendly and knowledgeable staff..

Brigitte at the Kitsilano store was super friendly and very knowledgeable when I stopped by today to look for a mattress.I only roughly knew what I wanted for my camper and she took the time to show me different options and pointed out a few things that I have not thought of. After all of her insights I ended up getting a slighly different mattress than I had in mind initially and I’m super happy with it. Thanks Brigitte!I highly recommend this store.

Dealt with Anu on Saturday morning of Thanksgiving long weekend. Needed to restore some life to the cushions in my aging couch.Anu was fantastic and was able to do exactly what I wanted. Will be going back at some point to revive the chair and love seat.Don’t hesitate to give the store a call. The wife is super happy!

I honestly had a terrible experience here. The woman working there seemed incredibly inconvenienced to be helping me. I do not have a lot of knowledge about foam and she made no effort to answer my questions or explain my options even though there was no one else in the shop.
