Amazing customer service experience.I went there looking for turf cleats and was greeted by Lilian. He was very kind and helped in selecting the cleats. I got one and at a great price.Overall, the store was great and had a lot of options.Highly recommended and will visit them again for sure.

I called to ask for a specific product and they told me they have it. Came all the way for nothing! They lied to me and I made all the way for nothing. LIARS!UPDATE: they reply the comment with a question where there is no place to answer. This is a proof that they reply just to get rid of you. Don't expect to have good answers.

Terrible customer service. Ordered something online, 2 WEEKS LATER, i got a refund notice to my email.I called to get information, only to get a cold and rude answer when you ordered we had it and now we dont have it. " How does that make sense?GO ELSEWHERE."

PLEASE AVOID THIS STORE. 21 century and NO REFUND believe it or not. My husband bought two pairs of shoes for two boys and was never told that refund is not possible. Came back a few hours later the same day!! and was NOT able to get the refund, only exchange.I decide to call the store the next day and speak to the manager. Every time I did call I was told he is on the meeting. Finally at the end of the day my patience has run out and I told them that I would share my experience on social media if the manager does note return my call. Believe it or not the manager have called me back in 5 minutes, however he was not willing to get the refund for one pair of shoes that was too big. Only credit note to use in the future. Will our family return to this store? Never ever!
