I ordered a bagel the other day with cream cheese, and it was practically dry. Went through the drive through today and explained this, asking that extra be put on and it was just as bad as the previous one. Plus I was charged for the extra cream cheese. Never going back there again and I wouldn't recommend anyone else go there either.

I’m not usually one for reviews but this Tims location has been awesome. There is a woman with glasses that is ALWAYS very nice and greets me with my coffee and a smile!

Fast drive thru but some of the older staff are ignorant. I'll say goodmorning I get ignored. Then say out loud to her co worker while handing me my drink that my car stinks. whoever works drive thru in the early mornings needs an attitude check.

Never see enough positive comments.I order pretty much the same thing everyday.They know my voice and my order is on the screen before I can even say good morning.My dog is obsessed with them.I've lived here 7 years and this is the one I go out of my way to get my coffee.I pass 4 on my way to work but I double back for this one. They've had ups and downs with management and staff but I've stayed true.Shout out to Linda, Rosie, Pamela,, Sarah, Fennel and the rest of the team I deal with. Thank you

Tim Hortons just isn't like it use to be. Quality of food has gone down in my opinion and the attitude from some employees is just not acceptable. Although you wouldn't know it by the fact that the employee still has their job.

The employee by the name of Kim is a wonderful soul she’s always bright and cheery even at 6am, she makes my mornings bright even though I’m on the way to work.

Worst tims in kingston!! Staff have poor attitudes!! You'll wait forever befor even being acknowledged. Order often wrong!!! Never have any stock on Bagels or doughnuts!! I work next door and come here multiple times a day it's always the same and never changes. Don't attempt contacting management as they seem to never care about these issues and never attempt to make things better
