Wow! I cannot say enough great things about Ciao. My family and I traveled all throughout Europe for two weeks this summer and we could not have done it without Ciao. They listened to everything we wanted and had multiple zoom calls with us while in the planning stages of the trip. Their communication was great and they were so professional and friendly. Our trip was perfect. Ciao helped us do everything we wanted to do and more. They set up all transportation, hotels, activities, tastings, etc. We did not have to worry about a single thing. Even when our plans changed unexpectedly, Ciao was flexible, adaptive, and helped us on the go. Ali, Joanna, and Laura, and everyone we worked with were absolutely fantastic. Every hotel was beautiful, clean, and in a great location. Ciao also had great tips and suggestions on what to do and what not to do in certain places which was so helpful. I seriously cannot recommend them enough. I will only use Ciao from now on. Thank you, Ciao!

Enough cannot be said about how great Ciao Tours was in helping us to plan and manage our trip in Italy. Laura, Ali and the entire team were amazing.They helped us to organize our whole plan around the cities and towns that we wanted to visit, advised us on timing and the best ways to travel from place to place and then took care of all of the reservations, car rental and local tours. They also arranged some wonderful experiences for us to have along the way that really provided for some unique and memorable moments including a morning of truffle hunting and lovely lunch and wine tasting with Laura in Siena.Laura also checked in on us literally every day of the trip and we were provided with a very useful tour-book with all of our itinerary details, GPS information for driving and general guide tips for traveling around Italy.We would work with Ciao again in a heartbeat and you should too!

My daughter and I just returned from a wonderful trip to Milan, organized by Ciao Tours. Rita and Ali worked closely with us to arrange an amazing itinerary and accommodated everything we wanted to experience. While in Milan, Laura, our on-site contact from Ciao Tours, kept in constant contact with us to confirm plans on our itinerary and to answer any questions we had. We have recently returned from a Ciao Tours trip in Greece and Italy. We were able to tell them what we wanted, how long we wanted to stay in each place and what we wanted to do when we were there. They also had excellent suggestions! We started in Venice and spent 10 days in Italy and made our way to Greece for 10 days. It was absolutely perfect! Not one single thing went wrong and we felt completely taken care of.! This made our vacation sooo relaxing!! We had a handful of tours, a cooking class in each country and we can’t say enough about the excellent information and knowledge provided by our guides! We highly recommend this company as they are trustworthy, very easy to get a hold of and provided us with the trip of a lifetime, which we will not forget anytime soon!❤️

We just returned from our 3 week Italy vacation planned by Ciao Tours. The tour was planned exactly how we had requested. Every step of trip was laid out meticulously leaving us with no stress or worries. Claudia was in constant contact with us to ensure seamless transfer to each new destination. Our daughter planned her wedding in Santorini in August 2022. We were referred to Ciao Tours by an associate and were immediately impressed at how invested they were in our trip. As we had not originally planned on going to Greece, Ciao Tours were incredibly helpful in planning our hotel, tours, and transfers. Yannis, our guide in Santorini, was knowledgeable, interesting, and charming, and Nikki, our guide in Athens, was such a delight, and again, extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the history of Athens and Greece. We just finished our 2nd Ciao booked tour and we will soon be booking our 3rd. Our latest trip was memorial and met or exceeded most of our expectations, but fell short on several areas. Ciao does an excellent job overall but felt they needed to spend a little more time going over our expectations. If it’s your first trip you will be awed, if it’s your second you may have different expectations. They have a excellent support group in Italy, contacting you almost daily and a superb group of guides and drivers. My final suggestion is to think about what your travel expectations are, spend time discussing them with Ciao Tours and look forward to a life experience you will forever remember. Italy is an unbelievable country, filled with incredible sites, food and people.

Amazing, amazing, amazing trip!Our trip to Sorrento, Sicily, and Corfu was made so memorable by the arrangements made by Ciao Tours in Calgary.
