I can honestly say that there coffee is most definitely better then Starbucks!! Sooooo good and yummy, love the coffee and the friendly service. They make you feel like your in a small Italian town at the island coast.

Colosimo Coffee Roasters Cafe
Went there a couple of of times, and the coffee was consistently great. The staffs are knowledgeable about coffee, have always been super kind, and go above and beyond to make sure the drinks are just to customers likings. Will forever remember it as the place where I had my best espresso in Winnipeg. I like sitting by the window with my loved one as I can easily watch people as they walk by, and the natural sunlight comes in so perfectly. Best way to start your Sunday morning.

I recently visited Colosimo Coffee and had a great experience. The coffee shop is a nice place to hang out and relax, with a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend trying their mocha, which is both delicious and beautifully presented. Additionally, the Brie Sandwich is a must-try! The selection of donuts is great too. It is a great place to grab breakfast on a Saturday morning. Overall, I was very pleased with my visit to Colosimo Coffee and would definitely recommend it!

Strong bean flavor, rich & powerful kick!PROS• newest cafe in the st Boniface area!• this locations atmosphere is creative, lots of local art paintings on the wall, music playing is always jazz & definitely a great place to study at!• I had a pumpkin spice latte & the cortada from here and all I can I say is wow!CONS• parking will always be an issue around this area - you'll be parking on the main street or side streets.Will be coming here again to try the rest of the menu!

March 2023I love trying new coffee houses, so here I am.I ordered a regular drip coffee, and it was absolutely delicious.A relaxing atmosphere with music playing. Nice to sit down to chat or read at a table or in the small cozy lounge area.I would have bought some whole beans to bring home with me (to Ontario), but I had already purchased some elsewhere in the past few days. But next time I need coffee, I might just be ordering some online.

Nice hop in and out type of coffee shop. It was hot so our family went with a more sweet cold drink. Overall they where good mixes of cold caramel yum. We headed outside as the seating quickly got full for our busy little ones.

A MUST for coffer lovers. The level of thoughtfulness put into their coffee is inspiring. Talked to the owner for a while (Great Guy!) and felt his passion for delivering top quality coffee at very affordable prices.Each coffee we tried was unique, smooth as silk, full flavored and very easy on the palette, no strong lingering aftertaste.Check out their KETO snack options too!

The cortado I ordered in store was good but I'm not a fan of the bag of beans I purchased. It would be nice to have a decaf coffee option later in the day.First off I don't understand why the roast date is not on any of their bags of coffee.I purchased a bag of their light roast" Cafe Guatemala. The light roast is surprisingly dark compared to other roasters. In the photo the Cafe Guatemala is on the right which is quite a bit darker next to a Discovery Coffee medium roast on the left.For the best tasting espresso the beans need to be used within a month of being roasted; not really possible if you don't know how old the beans are.I tried using these beans for chemex/pour-over and found the coffee to have a burnt taste. Not really what I was expecting to taste given it is supposed to be light roast.I'll be sticking to beans that I know are fresh from now on."
