This place run by the most rude person any business could have, Business is supposed to open from 8:30am I called the place many times from 8:00am with no one answering the phone so I drove there and when I arrived to the establishment all the lights where on and a lady inside but the door locked, I assumed it was becasue of the new restrictions we all live right now so I called again but she kept ignoring the phone, I thought maybe is loud in there and she couldn't hear so I rang the phone again and I finally knocked on the door but what was my surprise when she lifted her head to look at me very annoyed and very rudly came to the door to tell me WHAT???"This is an example of how not to run any kind of business or how to talk to people not only to customers but to anyone in general

I brought my 4 month old lab puppy to Farah and she put in so much time and effort to make sure she had the most comfortable first grooming experience. She has a way with getting dogs to like her, and my girl is very shy so I appreciated that.I had a similar experience to others where my calls went unanswered, but you have to understand that she is a one woman show. She is not answering your calls because she is grooming someones dog and giving them a focused experience! She returned my call within a couple hours and booked us in same day.

We had a great experience with our Bernese Mountain Dog at Cherished Paws. Farah clearly loves dogs and treated our big girl so well.

Farrah is the most unpleasant person I’ve ever encountered. Her manor is absolutely toxic and so unwelcoming! I would NEVER bring any pet to her. Seems like everything said about her is true, which is why the whole area talks about her poor service as a whole! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Your fur-babies deserve so much better!! Disgusted! You should be out of business!!

Farah did an excellent job grooming my elderly dog. She was patient despite my dog’s many fears (ie. blow dryers). She took the time to explain the process and even invited me to be present to help ease my dog’s anxiety. In the past 12 years no groomer has ever taken this much care and patience with my dog. She is absolutely the best groomer I've come across. She is gentle with my dog, who has anxiety issues. She does a fantastic job with his grooming.

She was amazing with my dog as I was unable to go to my regular groomer as she was unavailable.I called Cherished Paws and she took my dog in within a week of calling to book an appointment.
