Just got back my bmw and all I can say is I’m amazed by how honest and straight forward dale and his team was.For my first time being there all I can say is it won’t be the last.Would highly recommend dale and his team at k-w automotive if your looking for a honest and trustworthy mechanic to look after your car.

I highly recommend this shop. We have been taking our vehicles to Dale for over 4 years now on the recommendation of a friend. I used to work across the street so it was super convenient but I still go out of my way to take my car here. I really can't say enough about how satisfied we are with the service. Dale is extremely helpful, always friendly and we definitely trust him. Whenever we bring a vehicle in to be checked out he always calls to discuss what he finds and the potential costs and does not proceed with any work unless you agree to it. He will work with you at prioritizing repairs if you need to stick to a budget. He usually gets the vehicle back to you the same day unless he has to wait on parts. His prices are always more than reasonable. He has helped us as well doing an inspection when shopping for a used vehicle. I usually only interact with Dale but the other staff seem just as friendly and helpful when I do speak with them. My favorite thing about the shop is the super friendly dogs that are usually there. :)

Dale was excellent, was very helpful and accommodating as we tried to get our old car to the shop.

Awful experience with this shop. I am at the end of my lease and needed a safety inspection. I brought it to this shop after being quoted at Canadian Tire a price of $900 for a safety. I brought it in on a Thursday and was told on Friday that I would need both front calipers and a rear wheel bearing, as well as a couple rear lights. However, I would also need to pick up the car and return it on Monday (was given the opportunity to replace the lights myself). I also asked for a quote but was given vague answers. I returned my car on Monday and received no phone call throughout the day. I then proceeded to the shop to see what was going on. I was greeted with It's done" and handed a $1500 bill for the work. I did not receive a phone call or give consent to do any work. Then when confronting the guy he tried gaslighting me as to make me feel daft about the situation. -- I feel like my car was held ransom knowing that my hands were tied and in order to move forward I needed to pay. -- AVOID"

All work on this bill or parts where not installed as stated. Parts not asked for or needed where done and he overcharged for as seen on billing. Asked for new timing belt before engine was installed as easy access and to put new water pump in as they go hand in hand with timing belt replacement. Charged for belt kit and install but did not get new belt or water pump as seen in pics. Owner was not even willing to adjust after being called out. Going to ministry of consumer affairs and other governing bodies. Illicit business practices Will continue to post updates.

I recently had an incredible experience at K-W Automotive, and I can't speak highly enough about the quality of service I received. Dale is an absolute gem and was so wonderful to meet.I asked him to conduct an inspection of my vehicle to determine whether it was worth repairing or not. He provided a straightforward and honest assessment that it would be more sensible to sell it for scrap. He was very transparent and helped ensure that I made the best decision for my situation.From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted warmly and the two shop dogs are super cute and love a good head scratch!When the time comes for a check-over on our current car, I'll definitely be returning to K-W Automotive. I can't recommend Dale and his team highly enough! They truly deserve all the praise. :D

Easily one of the most reliable and trustworthy repair shops in the region, Dale and his team are friendly, knowledgeable and prompt when it comes to getting you back on the road. Dale is amazing. Had an emergency issue occur on my car that was time sensitive to complete, and he went above and beyond to help me out. Highly recommend.
